About Kate
Why this blog?
Until this moment
I have been forced
to listen while media
and politicians alike
have told me
"what Canadians think".
In all that time they
never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio - "You don't speak for me."

What a dick.
He has a proven winning formula. Why not use it again?
Change, change, change............
Even when there is no change, it's all about change.
Well at least it did change for the worse in the last 4 years for them, wasn't that change enough?
It's like deja vu all over again. I am really sick of this arsehole.
Like a broken clock . . . .
This is B. Hussien, hitting back twice as hard...
heh.
Killer ad.
President Obama and Congressional Democrats’ legislative record will be the redheaded stepchild of the 3-day convention that easily could be renamed “Pretend the Last Four Years Didn’t Happen-stock.”

Well I'll be a son of a bitch .... stuttering with a 4 year lag time.
A few years ago this boy would have been been carrying our bags.
Bill Clinton
What do you expect from a stuffed chair?
Mr Obama, you're wrong - they did build that, with their corporate and personal taxes. Then they built a business with what they were able to keep. Now do you get it? Stop using Liz Warren talking points because they get a laugh and a thumbs up from your leftie buddies.
BTW, you didn't fix that. So we have to let you go. Off to Hawaii then, so long.
Speaking of Hawaii, the news is that friends of Obama are purchasing a 35 million dollar home for him on Hawaii, to move to in 2013. See hillbuzz dot org.
Now wait a minute. Weren't the Democrats in hysterics because Romney has an expensive house; weren't they ranting about his 'arrogance' at living in an expensive house? With an elevator (for Ann Romney's MS disease).
Weren't the Democrats arguing that Romney, because of his house, is alienated from the average American and shouldn't be President? Why aren't they saying a word about Obama's 35 million dollar house - and one that wasn't even paid for by his own work as was Romney's but was bought for him by 'friends-who-might-want-favours'.

I saw that on Hill Buzz(links):

second link is about how they might afford this house:

Be careful of your metaphor: "Even a stopped clock is right twice a day." I'm guessing you probably didn't mean to infer the last part in Barry's case...
He reminds me of Chretien/Martin (I like to refer to them as Martien) -- "Day care!" for six elections in a row, or something. "Health care!" for five elections; they cut it. "Stephen Harper is a scary Conservative with a hidden agenda!" for two elections.
Maybe Warren Kinsella's been brought in.
Stock phrases: a liar's best friends.
Repeating the mantra keeps the foot out of the mouth.
Keeps the fool on message.
Also lets the leftards pretend the last 5 years did not happen. Let's be clear the BS goes back to 2007 when he was being manipulated into the democrat nomination.
The left has only limited tools to use and they use them ALL the time.
The vast majority of voters will not notice, as the 100 day memory rule will kick in, and this is what they count on.
I tend to lose faith in my American brethren when I realize that fully half of them actually are gulled by this lying SOB.
"Stephen Harper is a scary Conservative with a hidden agenda!" for two elections.
Then Curly, Larry, and Moe tried to run without a platform other than "scary Conservative." Three times. Hope the next 3 are just as stupid.
Good to see the Repubs play offence.
They should hammer this nail continually.
kakola,
I think that America had a reckoning with it's obsessive racial psychosis which led it to elect B. Obama in 2008.
Electing him was a kind of catharsis for many.
While race will still be a factor for years to come, I don't think it will be a factor in this election with how most white people vote in the privacy of the election booth, and America is still largely white by a big majority.
Romney will win in a landslide.
Take heart, nurture hope, keep the faith.
Hey, Scar(e), don't forget

PSAC can not be allowed to do this. Sorry. I pay their salaries through my taxes. I want Harper to reduce PSAC. It is I, not Harper, who hates public sector gold plated pension blood sucker jobs for life blood-sucking unions, as do most like-minded people, I suspect.
A question for the Pus-filled union bosses:
Why do you think you are the government, rather than the people WE, the people of Canada, elect as OUR government, hence YOUR boss?
it's the telapromters fault!!!!!
Unemployment over 8%.
YOU DIDN'T FIX THAT!
Sea level rise
YOU DIDN'T STOP THAT
Heal the planet
IT IS STILL SICK, MOSTLY OF YOU
Hope, and change
NOPE, AND I DON'T HAVE ANY CHANGE

Indeed true. But what percentage of Canadians were and still ARE huge fans of his? I'd suggest to you that it's much more than 50%! That's what frightens me.
Robert, agreed, and that does not bode well for the future. Someday I think that Canadians and Americans will have to go through the fire like the Russian people did and still are.
Behold the One...note tune...
Heard a little bit from El Pinto Presidente today giving a speach about the economy is better, that people are working, able to take modest holidays now and again.. Unlike the great vacationer in chief, Mouchelle. Hope commentators heard that faux pas.
Check this one out.
Can't beat Ace's headline: Obama's Plan For Reelection? Get The Choom Gang Back Together!
ET, your comment about the alleged purchase of a $35 million house for Barry: that's like being shocked to learn that the Soviet Union commie apartchicks had, gasp, villas!!!; that they weren't really into that brotherhood-of-man thing after all.
Or like being shocked to learn, like Chris Hitchens, that the proletariat wouldn'd be the dictators after all.
The good news is that on the PBS News Hours, all of the Dems interviewed, including Jimmy Hoffa Jr., were totally on the defensive, didn't answer any questions straight, especially when asked if the Democrats bore any responsibility for the Dems' difficulties over the past 3 and a half years -- it's Bush's and the intransigent Republicans' fault. They were in siege mentality, somewhat a joy to see.
The bad news, of course, is that -- as others have mentioned -- too many Americans completely agree with them.
The whole lot of Dem remind me of the worst recalcitrant students in my classes when caught out: "I didn't do it." "He did it." "She did it." "It's not my fault." "Don't blame me."
And the best one: "I didn't do anything." That one's for Obambam.
I'm really tired of this Einstein quote:
"The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."
How else do you learn to play the piano, or throw a curve ball ?
Let see now. Barry is getting a $35 mil mansion to rival Al Gore's place. Randy Willie has his Library in Harlem with running 'hotties' to keep him in shape. It must have been true that George B wasn't that bright after all. He simply kept his old ranch down there in Texas. Not smart enough to be a Demo I guess.
change will come?
change is already here
Obama has changed the USA in the worst way and if he is re-elected then the "change" process will only accelerate
like a train speeding towards a brick wall, one could call the inevitable catastrophic destruction that is about to happen " change"
after you get disfigured in a car accident, this too could be called "change"
the towers on 9/11 were also "changed"
Obama is bringing more change than in our worst nightmares and he is hoping to bring more change
Expect to see more of:
"Hey mister, got some spare change?"
Cheers
