I know a couple people just like that. I do attribute it to mental illness. People who jump from topic to topic, spilling as much of their mental diarrhoea out as quickly as they can. They seem desperate for an audience, more so than they are desperate to make a logical point, engage with a person, or any other objective.

But I dare say being a Muslim and having a mental illness are not mutually exclusive.....
