At least she stopped short of yelling "do you know who I am!?!?" while she got a ticket for 'forgetting' to wear her seatbelt. She must be deaf and blind to not hear and see all the chimes and blinking lights that erupt if you start rolling in first without a belt on...

What I read from the article is an implication is that she thinks she shouldn't have got a ticket because she's the governor's wife.

I suspect her "really shitty car" is a three year old Lexus.
