About Kate
Why this blog?
Until this moment
I have been forced
to listen while media
and politicians alike
have told me
"what Canadians think".
In all that time they
never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio - "You don't speak for me."

Tis an ill wind that blows no good.
IMHO there was a gold lining to that dark cloud.
The diversion of all the incoming (to the US)international flights to our Maritimes (away from Ontariowe's/Queerbec's large cities)....had the result of many, many affluent, influential americans meeting Canada's nicest people.
never forget...never surrender...#war
Imagine the horror at ground level or even within the building...
"R.I.P. for all of them and all of it."
Amen.
From someone in the lower 48:
Thank You.
Is this a pay/register site? I don't see any photographs from that link. *sigh*
And today, the Egyptian salafist radicals invaded the US Embassy in Cairo todaty and raised the black flag of Al-Qaeda on the grounds.
The same flag of the 9/11 hijackers.
For those of you who are too young, what happened in Cairo today is similar to the way the Iranian hostage crisis started in 1978 and 1979. The islamic radicals invaded the embassy once and were not shot, arrested, or otherwise inconvenienced. The US State Department led by a feckless democrat president attempted to appease the mob. Things calmed down and then the same radicals attacked and took over the US Embassy in Tehran again. They held the US citizens hostage for 444 days.
And just like today, the local police and host country military stood by while the US territory was invaded, because they and their government were agreement with the mobs.
This will not end well.
PS I'd like to thank the Canadian Government and the Canadian people that rescued, hid, and smuggled out the US personnel that escaped the embassy during those dark days.
Manhattan from space, on 9/11:
Brings back the magnitude of horror felt on that day. Rudy Giuliani, who was on 'Hannity' this evening, exemplified true leadership.
The word for today, September 11, 2012, is brought to you by the United States Department of State and Hilary Clinton and Barack Obama, is
APPEASEMENT
"The Embassy of the United States in Cairo condemns the continuing efforts by misguided individuals to hurt the religious feelings of Muslims – as we condemn efforts to offend believers of all religions. Today, the 11th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States, Americans are honoring our patriots and those who serve our nation as the fitting response to the enemies of democracy. Respect for religious beliefs is a cornerstone of American democracy. We firmly reject the actions by those who abuse the universal right of free speech to hurt the religious beliefs of others."
Flew into Boston the very night before those evil muzzies flew out the next morning.
Next day the muzzies showed us how barbaric they were and my American colleagues were, as you can imagine, in shock.
Most people left work early, around mid-afternoon. Once the sheer scope of it all was clear they wanted to get home to be with their loved ones.
It was an eerie day, eerie week, went back to my hotel room mid-afternoon and watched the coverage for many hours into the night.
America changed that day - it became more vulnerable and weaker, and out of that changed state surfaced people like Obama.

Americas "dear" leader is still in a state of oratory muslim fellatio, this is a condition stemming from his middle name and spineless leadership, it is no longer god Bless America, under this dildo it is now God Help America. Good luck my cousins in Minnestota and California.
America and the whole world changed that day. The horror of that day will never be washed from my mind. I will never forget and never forgive.
Unfortunately, the caption at the NASA site itself reads "planes crashed into..." which made it sound like an accident.
