Holder was cited for contempt and ordered by the court to hand over the documents. Than Obama moved in and cited 'executive privilege' to retain the documents. Then the House filed a civil case against Holder for contempt and it's, to my knowledge before the courts.

Obama is a Teflon Man; nothing sticks to him; he just smiles and waves and says whatever comes into his empty chair 'mind'. And the American people let him get away with it.

That's why the media party is trying to label Romney "out of touch. They're desperate to preserve their narrative.
He needs to call the media party "out of touch" like 1950's out of touch, if you look at their own bottom line.
Mitt needs to renounce the media party/ progressive narrative now, when they call him mentioning the 47% that pay no taxes, a "gaff" he's got them standing in the open with their pants down.
