Having a probation restriction prohibiting the use of computers would likely be viewed as cruel and unusual punishment and hence be unconstitutional in the US. Individuals who were prohibited from using computers would:
- not be able to wear an electronic watch
- would be prohibited from using cell phones
- could not watch TV as all US TV is now digital
- would be prohibited from taking an elevator as pushing a floor button activates a computer
- could only drive a pre-1980 automobile as all new vehicles boast a network of microprocessors
- could not use a regular phone as this requires the assistance of a massive computer network
- be forbidden to use either a credit card or bank card

In short, the man is a US political prisoner. It would not surprise me the least if the islamofascist in chief had given direct orders for this mans constitutional rights to be violated in this manner.

A true POTUS would immediately deport 1000 randomly selected muslims every time that any action was taken against the US including flag burnings in the streets of third world shitholes. Given their inability to engage in even the most rudimentary self-discipline, the US would be an islamofascist free zone in a couple of months under this policy.
