Apparently, Congress has a no-zero policy.

Via Hot Air we learn that Obama can't even hand in the assignments he gives himself. Congress is apparently letting him hand it it next week. *

Well, I guess we all knew that Obama was more like a special needs student than a Harvard graduate.

Rumor has it that at Occidental, Columbia and Harvard Obama had tutors (one is thought to have been Michelle) and that this is revealed in the transcripts.

Maybe all this incomplete, late or unacceptable (his budget that he reiterated last night was defeated in the senate 99-0 and in congress 414-0) stuff is a lifelong habit that, because of his racial status he has been given a pass more often than not.

That could explain why he went to class so infrequently that not one person knew him. He was in the bleeping Harvard special ed program for connected retards. That's why the profs all seem to remember him but not one student. The big question is who was his benefactor?
