   Is it Pauline fault again?

2. Dutch Disease? It’s the Mulcair Disease.
   The NDP really like the poor downtrodden unemployed. That’s why they want to make so many of them.
   How by the way can one be an “NDP separatiste”? The NDP are the national Canadian affliction. They might provide a good reason to separate
   if and when they come to take over the Federal government.
   What does it have to do with Quebec? No more than with Ontario – all of Canada has a resource-based economy and
   downturns in major markets are bad for us; but the anti-business socialists that the idiots in Ontario (and I suppose Quebec –
   I haven’t followed the political situation there recently) keep in power will maximise the repercussions.

   Since they won’t be doing any more Iron Ore Mining in La Belle Pays, digging those ugly holes, maybe you’ll have to start fracking after all. Or maybe you’ll just demand more from Alberta in transfer payments, now that Ontario is in the same boat as you.

   Course not NDPiste. I mean, Quebec is still nominally a democracy – and in a democracy, never attribute to malice, that which can be explained by stupidity.
   Translation: don’t blame the politician, blame the brainless arseholes who put him/her there.
