There is a program on BBCHD which is called I believe, "24 Hours in the ER". It features situations in the King's Cross Hospital emergency room.

Last weeks episode told the story of a double stabbing - one each from two different gangs. The ER staff faced considerable danger as the 'mates' from each of the rival gangs attempted to locate the others' already injured member in order to finish the job.
