Former Marine detained for Facebook posts.

That is the freakin' scariest thing. Can you imagine? Cops show up, no warrants, no charges, you vanish.

That's pure Soviet, is what that is. Everybody involved in that needs to be brought up on charges, big time.

Ok, just watched some more of the video. This is not an isolated case, it seems. Happening all over the country.

Well now.

Questioning the intent behind those large alphabet-soup agency ammunition purchases seem a little less tinfoil-hat this afternoon, doesn't it?

If you don't think that isn't happening in Canada you need your eyes opened. By in large, its someone whining about the values of a firearms owner and the CFO's are there, followed by either an unsafe storage charge, or a physician claiming you look or act depressed.

It looks like a judge threw out the "case" against Raub yesterday, and ordered him released.

Well, at least one sane and reasonable judge in the USA.

This is scary! So the media want to focus on a dumb abortion comment, and they ignore this!
I like this lawyer...that's a rare thing.

The Phantom, "Cops show up, no warrants, no charges, you vanish.

Look on the bright side, as at least the Black Raven is still coming during daylight and not at 4:00 am, so far. The 4 am pickups are next.

Maybe it is time to keep a suitcase packed and ready to go like my grampa.

Thank God that Marine's mom refused to accept this illegal jailing and came to his rescue.

Bob McDonnell, governor of Virginia, and the Virginia legislature must change this law - there is no way that there should be 20,000 Virginians committed to psychiatric units against their will every year.

The police state is here, and it must be reversed before it is too late.

The Rutherford Institute, which is serving as the Marine's attorney, takes cases like this on a free basis, and they specialize in cases like this, which no one else cares about.

I thought that you would be on this in a flash, Ken Kulak! It is indeed pure soviet, IMO.

The Ron Paul Conservatives and other Patriots attempted to have N DAA targeted to be removed from the Fed law if mitty gets elected - their attempts were voted down by the OBromoney toadies four times. Very alarming.

Just waiting for BOB, whoever they are today shows up to tell everyone to go back to sleep because there’s no PROOF that the US has become a police state.

As the ‘Bobs” like to say, {Just a little paranoia that obviously must be the same thing as black helicopters, attacking UFO’s, “Truthers”, Tea Party members, etcetera. Just shut up and don’t worry about The National Defense Authorization Act, Armored police vehicles in every little town no-where USA, 30,000 surveillance drones over area’s such as the bible/ farm belt, and the end of free speech, free assembly and firearms ownership.

3,2,1.....................

Hopefully y'all have noted that it was NOT just FedPig who showed up and took him, but the Chesterfield Police Department as well. EVERY ONE OF THEM swore an oath to the Constitution before they pinned on their badge. That oath is the SOLE source of their authority. Yet you can see how much that oath means to them. And their treason - for that is what this TRULY is - is not just limited to Virginia, nor to Florida as I described the Operation Castaway the other day, nor to Nevada nor to Arizona nor to New York nor California, but is instead rampant across the entire country. There may indeed be some "good cops" still left in this country. But they are pathetically few. And FAR between.

Getting around the second amendment:

If a veteran/citizen has a mental problem he/she has no 2nd amendment rights. How convenient.

That's part of the scary. The FBI (or the NSA, or Homeland, or for all I know the Dept. of Education) are the ones who snooped this guy's Facebook account and decided to bust him. They don't have the power to do that, because they busted him under a -state- law. So they phoned up the Chesterfield Police Department to come and do the legal dirty work, while FBI provided the "evidence". State mental health authorities seem to have been happy to go along with the joke in enthusiastic fashion, based on nothing more than FBI request.

That's three levels of government, federal, state and city, colluding to crush a guy who, by the evidence, has done absolutely -nothing- to anybody. That is either a major, major screw-up or something worse.

To me, that's news. But not to the MSM, it seems. Which simply screams RED FLAG!!!! in flashing neon with fireworks and laser show.
