The opportunity to tax absolutely nothing is every politicians wet dream. They will hang on to this scam as long as possible in the name of Gaia. Carbon trading on the stock market shows how far the lunatics have made inroads in a insane world. Just follow the money.

Of course it is just an excuse for yet another money grab/theft. If they could figure out how to tax fairy dust they would. It works just great here in BC with our carbon tax which has recently been increased. I have to wonder when people will start revolting and demanding an end to this scam.
