Mubarack banned the Muslim Brotherhood for good reason. He knew that it was necessary to at least maintain a semblance of secular government in Egypt, and at least basic peace with Israel. I think all that just flew out the window with the new Muslim version of "democracy" (c)Muslim Brotherhhood.

For those who think the military will keep this guy on a tight leash, I would suggest looking at what portion of the military is pro brotherhood and what percentage of the brotherhood is pro military.

Depends on what you define as 'strategic balance in the region'.

Could be anything from 'mutual admiration society' to 'mutual assured destruction'.

So anyone want to predict how soon they'll start destroying artifacts in the Cairo Museum and how long it will take to tear down a pyramid, because they offend Allah.

Looking back how Ayatollah Khomeini proceeded after talking power I think that at first Brothers will try to consolidate their power.
I assume they will try to get full control of the military, talk to Iran, talk to the Saudis, perhaps get rid of some Copts.
They will also try to be seen as "moderate".
Only when they do all of the above OR when Egypt's' economy completely collapses they will do "khomeini" on Egyptians. And, I guess, they will then announce that all agreements regarding Israel are null and void.
Of course at the moment there is a military so Muslim Brotherhood has to move very carefully. But if nothing changes (that is, if military will not try to get elections annulled) I think that is what will happen.
Muslim Brotherhood may even soon get few pointers from Revolutionary Guards/mullahs.
