Proving yet again my hypothesis that intelligent and capable people do not end up working for the MSM and that, as a group the MSMers are the stupidest people on the planet.

In fact it seems that there might be a corollary ... there is a direct relationship between reporters and politicians. This relationship exists at a genetic level and forces of natural selection apply.

I leave it to you all to deduce how that works.

Andrea Mitchell is in effect saying "Yeah, we distorted the facts for the sake of our political leanings, but what's the big deal? Why all the fuss?"

NBC playing same trick with George Zimmerman 911 audio in April:

-Zimmerman: This guy looks like he’s up to no good. He looks black.

Here’s how the actual conversation went down:

-Dispatcher: OK, and this guy — is he black, white or Hispanic?

NBC used the same tactic twice with high profile incidents too close to each other.
Even socialist KoolAid swilling chowderheads like Deacon Gred Kandra couldn't miss the obvious pattern of behaviour.

Rizwan .... a lot of very evil things happen because ignorance and stupidity are accepted.
My opinion of the collective media remains unswayed. These clowns believe that they are always right. They believe that they are smarter than EVERYBODY. They WANT to control the public narrative in all matters.

What they really are is wrong about nearly everything all of the time. The evidence is that there are very FEW truly smart people in the media. What passes for intellect among their kind is usually nothing but low cunning. They demonstrably do not know the difference. What they want is simply what they want.

This makes them dangerous to anyone who disagrees with their outlook. But ... they have only one response to their critics. They try to change the subject .... they try to pretend they did not do what they got caught doing ... they lie about their critics and accusers to deflect. They support fools like Obama because it is the natural thing for them to do. This requires NO intelligence.

Although "Knowing your enemy" is certainly an important thing for so many reasons....

While Deacon Kandra may bemoan the deterioration of the media with question's like "NBC: What the hell is wrong with you?", the starkley obvious eludes him. NBC like most national media outlets have substituted being active soldiers in the Culture war rather than reporting on it.

We no longer have reprters but activists, no longer news anchors but demigogue puppets with partisan fingers working their mouths, no longer information on current affairs but biased one sided info filtering.

This has been a fact of life in America since corporate media, the oligarchy and the party system merged in the early 60s. We are now at a stage where calling what the media produces "News" is a sardonic Orwellian joke - better name them "corporate truth manufacturers"

In a related sense, why does the MSM wonder where bullying comes from?
Did they ever think that they bully conservative politicians all the fffing time?
They don't see that they set a bad example?
Could that be where kids get the idea that being like 'mean girls' like the liberal media is acceptable?

Run down and trash decent people while holding up degenerates as ideal candidates.
The 8 years of President Bush was rife with vitriol against one of the most decent men on the planet not to mention capable.
When he said mission accomplished on the aircraft carrier, he meant it.
The only thing he needed to do was to bring the troops home then. And make it clear that we had better not have to come back.
And make it plain to Pakistan , Putin and anybody else that it is not wise to pull on Superman's cape!
IF we get over this self inflicted wound called Obama and I think we will, we had better make it plain that those who fool with us ( including Canada) will pay a price.
They have tried everything. Attack on 9/11. Financial takedown ( Thanks Bwany Fwrank and Chuckie Schummer) and now insistence that the EU get bailed out with taxpayer dollars as well.
Enough is enough. Romney, if he wins had better take those broad shoulders straight and start throwing his weight around and right the ship of state. Stephen Harper cannot do it all by himself.
