Michael Geist: A Closer Look at Warman v Fournier
...Hon. Justice Rennie’s June 21st decision should be read by anyone interested in blogging, tweeting or other aspects of online journalism. The controversy involved three separate claims for infringement of copyrighted works. The first two claims involved articles, the third a photograph. Applicants Richard Warman and the National Post claim that the respondents, Mark and Constance Fournier, who operate the website www.freedominion.com, infringed their copyright in the respective works.

Congrats Connie and Mark, you go girl.
Over at the Daily Caller.. There are cry's for help from allegedly the Liberal Party on behalf of the CBC, asking you to sign a petition. Go have fun SDA folk's.. Sorry Kate, couldn't resist.
Samuel Trosow, not Michael Geist.
Happy, how about a link?
But did the serial complainer get hit with the legal costs?
Sorry Robert.. Dozed off.. Not link savvy.. Every story at Daily Caller seems to have the same insert. Save the CBC.. click on.
Great story.
Plaintiff is like a bad turd that won't flush.
Michael Geist commentary on the suit is at his blog.
A viewable copy of the judgement, with commentary at Techdirt. Which has a lot of other articles worth reading, too.

Unable to find story.
To create a link :
When on page you want to show us, go to adress at the top of the page (http)
left button mouse click anywhere on the adress and it will turn blue.
right mouse click and then left click on copy.
go back to your story on SDA and right click anywhere on the page ( where the cursor is blinking)
right click and then left click on paste.
Once you copy a adress it will hang around for you to use until you copy something else or shut the computer down.

I have windows XP so if you have a different system (like windows 7) I'm not sure my offering is correct. Let us know. We all went through this and survived.
Your instructions work in all versions of Windows.
Can't stay on topic again, Not to be Thinking?
One really has to look at this seriously. Connie and Mark took on 2 lawyers and beat them up badly.
I can't stop giggling. Will burst out laughing when they receive the cheque from Richard and the National Post.
CBS ... I see BS
