I always wondered why people have dogs, cats, etc...something missing in their lives, I guess.

Dogs are eating, crapping and barking constantly. I wonder what would happen if a person put two large speakers on his back fence and turned on a disc with dogs barking all day and turn them of when the time cutoff for the noise by-law kicks in.
I bet the nieghbour with the dog would call the police right away and complain about the noise.
