I just don't get these Gov't funded Solar Farms. Why doesn't the Gov't subsidize the Home Owner and put the damn solar panels on their house wouldn't this cut down the use of those nasty fossil burning fuels and it would also stop the Farms from becoming another electricity producing monopoly.

This is good news. Maybe they can start manufacturing something some in Canada can use, like a smart pill for Mulcair.

Solar needs to come down in price to be practical.
Cheapest place to make it is China, so where are those green energy jobs they promised us.
Don't get me wrong, when we have radioactive whales of the west coast its got to be an eye opener.
Maybe solar's not so bad after all but its not ready yet.
