No Revenant, it merely a wise application of resources. The SPLC concerns itself with US politics mostly and the extreme right in the US (anyone to the right of Olympia Snow) constitutes about 45% of the population while the extreme left (not sure how far out they are, but Che Guvera is moderate leftist idol) is only a miniscule fraction of one percent of the population.

The southern poverty law center is set up to cover for the extremist left, not the other way around.
