Why do the spoiled kids not play with their toys. Youth enrollment in university in the PRQC, with by far the lowest tuition in the country, is about 30%, 8% BELOW the rest of the country. 20% lower than Atlantic Canada which has triple the tuition.

And if I may add...Alberta oilsand money has also paid for major water/sewer projects in little backwater towns all over labelle province.
