Pat Martin's running off at the mouth with nothing to back it up is USUAL FARE for the NDP. I hope RackNine's owner can afford to go to court on this.

It would be nice to see Pat Martin and his socialist party sued into bankruptcy financially(all ready being morally bankrupt).Hell,I'd even pay a couple of bucks more in taxes to see it happen.Oh wait. The original story when Pat Martin was sued is extremely difficult to find. The cbc covered it in their usual manner. They added it as an unmarked update at the end of a previous 'robocall' story.That is the way they 'covered' the 31,000 complaints becoming 700,and the way they covered Rae's lie about releasing all the Liberal robocall tapes.
The cbc is corrupt,and it is more evident in what they do not report on, than on what they do,which makes it much more difficult to highlight their bias.

The best part is that Racknine hires allot of visible minorities, so there is some Social Justice involved here to make him feel better, Win – Win he shouldn’t mind.

Perhaps he could take in boarders and mow the lawns of his neighbours to make some money for lawyers, court services, document photocopying, statement filing charges, and the ubiquitous taxes, no? He may be able to allay his fear of losing his hoarder's mansion if he buckles down and washes dishes at a diner on the weekends and does double-duty janitorial mopping. We can help him out with ideas for budget-stretching, just to be fair.

seems the robocall personage was to be revealed some weeks ago . because it was likely a liberal the MSM especially CBCpravda has thrown it out like yesterdays eggrolls.

He's badly damaged the reputation of the young man who runs RackNine who, even though completely innocent of Martin's unfounded, ranting allegations, which the MSM were more than happy to broadcast ad nauseum, is in the position of having to defend his integrity knowing, full well, that many Canadians will never hear of Martin's apology, whereas RackNine's reputation has been dragged through the mud over and over again.

Doesn't Martin's admission of and apology for "unequivocally false" robo-call accusations translate into Martin's admitting that he's a no-good liar?

As I said earlier, I hope RackNine and their lawyers take Martin and the NDP to the cleaners. They more than deserve it. In fact, in no way being hyperbolic, their actions have been traitorous because, at rock bottom, what they were actually trying to do by accusing RackNine was to bring down Canada's duly elected government.

Now he's being forced to eat his own turd... he has no one to blame but himself... Martin was given the chance to stop this lawsuit by apologizing in a timely manner, instead he chose to let the smear campaign without evidence run unabated for weeks afterward. I can't imagine anyone marking an X on the ballot beside his name. His political opponents in the riding must be real pieces of work.
