26 Replies to “Free “Right-Wing” Socialists!”

  1. Will people EVER learn their left from their right?!!
…”The killings are signs of “a new form of right-wing-extremist terrorism,” the country’s Interior Minister, Hans-Peter Friedrich, said. Chancellor Angela Merkel said the crimes revealed “structures that we never imagined.”
Allegations surfaced Sunday that one or more members of the group, which called itself the National Socialist Underground,…”
    Guess not.
…”A middle-aged man muttered under his breath, “It’s hiding everywhere beneath the surface,” and then walked on without giving his name…
Shhhhhhh! It’s sitting in the White House.

  2. Snap!
Can these journalists not get anything right? I guess they just can’t always recognize their own, cause if it does something repugnant it must be your opposite that is doing it. That way you don’t have to look to hard at yourself.

  3. Try to keep up! When the hard left turns violent, they are always transformed into “right wingers” or “anarchists”.

  4. So, when do the Occupy nut-jobs start getting called “right-wing” because of the rapes and violence? But it does seem like there’s a perception that the political spectrum circles back on itself, which it doesn’t.
I know I shouldn’t, but certain phrases in news articles have the effect of making me tune out and quit reading. Like calling socialist uprisings right-wing, overuse of the word “climate”, union apologism, so on and so forth. It’s almost like there’s a quota or something on anti-conservative buzzwords.

  5. What do you expect from these scum.
They refuse to acknowledge that the Nazis were the socialist party in Germany.
We need to continually point out to these idiots that it was the “GERMAN WORKERS SOCIALIST PARTY”.
They have learned well from their masters, Goebbels the mastermind of propaganda.

  6. Resurgence of nationalist extremism is the direct result of Europe embracing the Multicult identity politics of cultural Marxism (PC) which justifies official discrimination against majority groups they run a sort of tyranny of the minority through “human rights” star-chamber repression of majority rights.
I fear there will be much more street violence, verging on guerrilla civil war, until government realizes its roll is that of adjudicating an egalitarian rule of law and serving voter’s interests, not trying to socially engineer society into separate social groups then running a dystopian rule of law with different rules for different groups.

  7. “Of what importance is all that, if I range men firmly within a discipline they cannot escape? Let them own land or factories as much as they please. The decisive factor is that the State, through the Party, is supreme over them regardless of whether they are owners or workers. All that is unessential; our socialism goes far deeper. It establishes a relationship of the individual to the State, the national community. Why need we trouble to socialize banks and factories? We socialize human beings.

  8. Nationale Sozialistische Deutscher Arbeiter Partei
    or
National Socialist German Workers Party (NSDAP)
    commonly shortened to “Nazi”
Nazis and Communists are fraternal ideologies, remember they both carved up Poland 1940 by agreement (Molotov/von Ribbentrop) before they started a family feud by shooting at each other.
Small wonder both their flags contain a great deal of red, for the amount of blood they manage to spill.
What’s the old adage, those who forget their history are doomed to repeat it? It would be comedic were it not so tragically stupid.
    Cheers
    Hans Rupprecht, Commander in Chief
    1st Saint Nicolaas Army
    Army Group “True North”

  9. Rizwan and Hans nail it. The only difference between the Nazis and Communists was the badge, uniform colour and some methodology regarding nationalizing the economy.

  10. When I was young, I was always confused why Nazis were placed on the right of the political spectrum when, in fact, they were classic controlling socialists. I eventually concluded that the lefties didn’t want to wear the badge of Naziism and plunked it on the right and taught it to generations of schoolkids. Nazis are classic socialists, tightly controlling the means of production, without owning it.

  11. “When the hard left turns violent, they are always transformed into “right wingers” or “anarchists”.”
    Exactly!
Also when they are Muslim or Black, they magically become “disaffected youths”.
The key to it all is unavoidable racism at the end of the day, which is blatant proof that multiculturalism and forced ethnic cohabitation is an utter failure in modern western society. The MSM, governments and the pseudo intellectual elites hide the truth, twist the facts and spin the obvious to propagate hatred and violence as a means to their own agendas and ideologies. It is really simple enough to understand.
This at its core this propaganda is a Marxist insurgency designed to tear down the western capitalist structure and white middle class of the west. It wishes to rebuild from its ashes a leftist collective of elite rulers and serfs.

  12. You know whose side you’re on when you advocate a gun registry
Nazi Weapons Act of 1938 (Translated to English)
    • Classified guns for “sporting purposes”.
    • All citizens who wished to purchase firearms had to register with the Nazi officials and have a background check.
    • Presumed German citizens were hostile and thereby exempted Nazis from the gun control law.
    • Gave Nazis unrestricted power to decide what kinds of firearms could, or could not be owned by private persons.
    • The types of ammunition that were legal were subject to control by bureaucrats.
    • Juveniles under 18 years could not buy firearms and ammunition.
For futher reading, here is an interesting site outlining Hitler and the Nazi’s leftist policy’s from economics to gun control:

  13. Actually, Ken, there were some substantial philosphical differences between the National Socialists and the basic Socialists. The Socialists, like all orthodox Marxists, were committed to a purely economic view of society and regarded national identity as an artificial construct, and ultimately as a delusion. The only interests they recognized were class interests, that is, purely economic interests. The Nazis considered national identity as fundamental and economic interests as secondary, and indeed as potentially dangerous distractions from the national interest.
This led to different programs. The Socialists were committed to an orthodox Marxist view of the industrial proletariat as the essential class, and the interests of other classes were subordinate to it and indeed dispensable. The Nazis considered all class interests as subordinate to the national interest, and since all clasees were part of the nation, none could be treated as truly hostile or inimical. The Socialists could, and routinely did, treat the bourgeoisie, the industrialists, the peasantry and the unemployable as targets, at times for liquidation. The Nazis were concerned only to purge these classes of non-national elements and to subject them to an overarching control. Faced with the conflict of interests between the employed and the unemployed, they could take the side of the unemployed in ways the Socialists simply could not.
In a true national state like Germany, with its economy in a shambles, the Nazis had the more realistic perpective. The goal of the left ever since has been to try to achieve a society in which this cannot be the case; one in which the national basis of the state is destroyed and a strong stable economy is the only basis society can have. You see how far along they’ve come in Europe and the US.

  14. That said, Ken, there are also very substantial differences between a bear and a tiger. But when one of them is chomping on your throat, you’re not going to worry about those differences much.

  15. I’ve come across the contradiction-in-terms expression “right wing socialists” before. A desperate attempt to derive some comfort from life in defiance of the fact that fascism was obviously a socialist movement with no connection to either modern libertarianism or conservatism.

  16. “The swastika is illegal in Germany.” … Scar: “It is a Maltese Cross in the photo.”
FYI, you’re wrong. It’s an Iron Cross, or rather, an Eisernes Kreuz. Incidentally, the photo in the story has little to do with Kate’s commentary. So please, do try to keep up!

  17. I think the proof of Nazism being right-wing is essentially found in the fact that in the U.K. the only politician to oppose it very strongly was that noted left-winger Winston Churchill, a hero to all working class people and especially Marxist professors. Case closed.

  18. Peter O’Donnell >
“……the only politician to oppose it very strongly was that noted left-winger Winston Churchill, a hero to all working class people and especially Marxist professors. Case closed. “
Wrong. That is more lefty spin and outright parroted propaganda.
Winston Churchill started out his career as a young liberal and “converted” with age and wisdom to conservatism. He is famously quoted as saying……. “If you are not a liberal at 20 you have no heart, if you are not conservative by 40 you have no brain”. – WC
If you are a conservative do some research! If you are not, no matter keep talking and spreading the BS, no expects anything more of you. But thanks anyway for highlighting the point of this thread for all 🙂

  19. “FYI, you’re wrong. It’s an Iron Cross, or rather, an Eisernes Kreuz. Incidentally, the photo in the story has little to do with Kate’s commentary. So please, do try to keep up”
Yep, you’re no doubt right. Problem with feces in your farina?

  20. ebt, you are right of course and the two approaches to class are a very important distinction.
wingwalker and Scar are right, it is an Iron Cross or Eisernes Kreuz and similar to those in my collection. The Iron Cross originated in the early 1200s when the Teutonic Order was given “the right to combine the Teutonic Black Cross placed above a silver Cross of Jerusalem”.
Some modern trivia regarding the Iron Cross.
The Iron Cross is solely a wartime decoration and has not been awarded since the end of the Second World War. German law prohibits the wearing of a swastika, so in 1957 the West German government issued replacement Iron Crosses to World War II veterans with the swastika replaced by an Oak Leaf Cluster, similar to the Iron Crosses of 1813, 1870 and 1914.
The Iron Cross was used as the symbol of the German Army until 1915, when it was replaced by a simpler Greek cross. However, on 1 October 1956 the President of Germany, Theodor Heuss gave directions to use the Iron Cross as the official emblem of West Germany’s Bundeswehr.
I do not have a link for this, only memory. In the early 1990s when Yeltsin climbed on top of the tank to rally the troops in front of the Moscow White House to thwart the attempted hardline communist coup, the media referred to the coup members as “right-wing communists”. At the time I thought that was an interesting description.
