I recall seeing this previously, maybe someone posted it at BigPeace? anyway, I love how she speaks, with the courage of someone who's lived this life in Lebanon. She really has a handle on what is more important; that it's more important to simply state the truth and let the political correctness to whither.

That's a wonderful interview that should be viewed in every school in the Western World, one unfortunately that won't nor will it ever make it to the CBC. Her description of the ME Arabic state control of all media may as well now apply to virtually all the Western MSM and institutional left (education, media, entertainment, UN).

She is wonderful and speaks the truth so well. This is the kind of information that needs to be screaming headlines.

Early on in this interview she makes the case that Mark Steyn made in his wonderful book America Alone regarding the population explosion that ensues because of Muslim culture. Mark's case, as is Brigite's is that they are increasing their numbers while we in the West are declining. By that fact alone they stand to overwhelm us.
And that is in addition to all the other tactics they use including and regarding placement of Mosques.

UN troops had gone to Beruit to attempt a ceasefire in the early 80s. Pres. Regan had sent in Marines. They were subject to a massive truck bombing and suffered many causalities. Regan withdrew the American marines.

In retrospect, that was a big mistake. Instead what was needed was a massive armed force that could have defeated the Palestinian terrorists and their allies. That would have restored the balance of power in Lebanon back to the Christians.

Failure by Western countries to see the longer view then has led to increasing Islamist expansion and aggression to the present day.

We're in an early period in this long war. Another generation or two will still be at it.

Gabrielle basically gives a real life example of how Islamic polygamy precipitates a demographic overrun of a nation (approx 3 min mark). When a man can have four wives and five children with each wife, compared with Christians and others who have one wife and a couple kids, it's not hard to see how the majority population in a nation will be Muslim in time. It's like America Alone in living colour.

One can only applaud women like Ayaan Hirsi Ali, Dr. Wafa Sultan, and Brigitte Gabrielle who have the courage to speak the truth about the threat of militant Islam.
