Before maobama can replace the US capitalist system with socialism, he must first blow it up. This is right out of alinsky, no mistake.

Destroying the housing industry: check
The banking industry: check
Nationalizing the auto industry: check
Destroying the healthcare industry and replace with single-payer government healthcare: in progress

The energy industry is a casualty of war because obama has admitted he likes $4/gal gas: reducing people's energy consumption is an enormous control over them, about on par with taking over their healthcare.

This man is a human wrecking ball: the most destructive president to ever occupy the oval office.

America, you better wake up before you lose your entire country in 2012.

There is another option: civil disobedience. It seems to work for the left, why not in this instance? What I am thinking about, specifically, is if these oil companies just start building platforms and drilling, as if they had the approval of the govt. Of course, there is a good chance they will be fined and/or put out of business by those beurocrats who know what's better for us and everyone else but who knows? They would have to be willing to be martyrs for the cause of getting the word out there, but the left seems to have a plethora of people willing to put their reputations on the line for their cause, how about the right? If nothing else, it will put their plight front and center in the media, unless, of course, the media in America is totally controlled by the left...
