Because it includes your unexamined axiom that the only reason for the failure or success of an economy is the political leader..and ignores the specific actions taken by that leader, by the political party-in-power, and by other events.

It ignores Obama's failed stimulus, his massive increase in the debt, his healthcare act which is driving businesses out, his refusal to allow energy and oil production, his attack on small businesses, his EPA and ICE actions which ignore Congress etc.....

And in Canada, your axioms include your failure to acknowledge that Canada's economy is directly linked to that of the US, [over 80% of our exports go there and when the US is not buying..].

As for Obama being a Christian or Muslim, in my view, he is neither. He's an Obama-ite; his allegiance is only to himself as Himself.

I think he is emotionally attached to Islam due to his upbringing within its daily rituals. He is emotionally not intellectually committed to the ideology of Black Liberation Theology - which I'll suggest is most certainly not Christian theology...because of its alliance with his upbringing: anti-American, anti-White, anti-capitalist. His mother, grandmother and wife all support that ideology.

But Obama's devotion is to Himself.

If you read the article Davenport you will see that thanks to the Harper majority, the third and fourth quarter of the year will likely be better than the second. If the dippers were in charge, the economic outlook would be dire indeed.

Really, this outreach to the Muslim Brotherhood doesn't in any way prove he's a muslim. What it proves is that he is stricken with an all too common fallacy owned by most liberals -- the belief that all conflict is simply an outcome of misunderstandings which can be rectified with "dialogue" (talking to a brick wall) and "outreach" (put out your hand and have it cut off). Modern Christian churches suffer from this malady, and the modern liberal Jew literally defines it.

As pointed out here on a few occassions, Richard Landes describes this malady as liberal cognitive egocentrism -- the tendency for a liberal to project his mindset upon illiberal actors.

The fact is that whether Obama is muslim or not is irrelevant. Obama didn't pay any attention while sitting in a racist 'church' which is the same thing that happened while he attended mosque as a youth. However Obama having spent much of his youth in the mosque and sees no danger there.

Allen, Davenport. Why not ask the Muslim world? He's the son of a Muslim and went to a Muslim religious school as a boy. He's either a Muslim or an apostate deserving of death to them. Very few are calling to kill him, so they must think he's a Muslim too. Unless you know more about Islam than they do?
