And that’s just a start. Google these unrepentant radicals, who ended up as professors, to see the full extent of the mayhem in which they were actively involved in their youths, and which, as “educators”, they incubated in others, such as Obama, with whom Ayers has been close. E.g., It’s highly likely that Ayers wrote at least one of Obama’s “autobiographies”, and both he and Obama subscribe to Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals. Look where that’s got the USA!

I've read somewhere recently that on average now, North American kids do not mature enough to be considered 'adults' before age 26...and 'adulthood' does not necessarily equate to 'wisdom'.

Bottom line, the vast majority of the 'anarchists' were young and probably unemployed (Many by choice). The few over 30 years of age are probably socially dependent and already have anti social attitudes in one way or another...i'm quite sure none as had any prior involvement in some sort of discipline like army training or positions of authority requiring discipline.

This is no different than the G20...It's the same class of people. People with too much time on their hands looking to raise their adrenalin levels on the back of others, people who have never been truly 'educated' aka disciplined or made to 'pay' for their follies growing up, people who have it too easy, people who do not fear a justice system that's already broken, with weak to non existent punishment.

Next time deploy an army regiment before the game with Fed cost to be charged to the subject Province in turn some charged to the city = Keep costs as local as possible; it's only fair and is part of the deterrent. The deployment should be complete with rubber bullet rapid fire guns, tasers, water canons and 'fishnets' to catch a bunch at a time...Forewarn the urbanites and visitors that unfortunately they may be in the crossfire after the game and that suing the city afterwards will be to no avail (Keep the bloodsucking lawyers out of it who are going to again make a fortune because of upcoming "grievances" I'm sure)...

When cars were torched the shotguns should have come out loaded with salt. A show of force from the get go would have prevented most of what went on. The hooligans might have been a disgrace but so was law enforcement. For those who think that justice will be done by using photos to catch the perps, your more naive than many of the lookee lus streetside.

Crime is down in this country simply because crime is not prosecuted. People don't even report a lot of crime because they know nothing will happen and fear reprisal more than anything else.

I’m more embarrassed at our collective impotence(as Canadians) in dealing with riots, than I am of the rioting idiots. I expect idiocy from the idiots, but I expect more responsibility from Canadians. It is irresponsible to not take the necessary corporal actions to contain such riots. No matter who’s involved!

We can blame ourselves, and the lack of political will to manage these riots HERE and NOW as they are happening. There must be a middle ground between the Syrian methods and the Canadian non-methods; as complaining the day-after doesn’t seem to work.
