This just in from the world's largest democracy;
India has threatened to pull out of the United Nations' Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and set up its on climate change body because it "cannot rely" on the group headed by its own Nobel Prize-winning scientist Dr R K Pachauri.

All the Intelligence in India has not been compromised with Money... Good on India
That's China (kicked Obama in the butt), Australia and now India...
Who is next..Russia?
After the last few weeks especially, it would appear that the editorial board at the Telegraph has decided to really hammer this home.
Good on 'em!
India has immense reservoirs of natural gas offshore. Big finds are still being found. India lacks the infrastructure to optimize the usage but they have their eye on the future. They are trying new things with lighting by passing on the twisty bulb for example. They are finding their own path.
The IPCC circling the drain, because CO2 isn't 'gassing the planet'.
Cap n trade, Emmissions Trading Schemes, Carbon tax will all follow suit in due course; because as we have seen the science is a black farce.

Good for India! I'd be embarrassed if Pachauri represented my Country,too!
We must encourage our MP's to hold town hall meetings where this whole criminal enterprise can be exposed to the general beer and popcorn swilling public.
GO! INDIA GO!
OMG!!! That's ROTFLMAO material.
But isn't it refreshing to know that somewhere in this world there are elected representatives that actually get it and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!

Actually, No, Australia did not do what you said. Ruddles is an O-B-WUN arse-licker. He loves the sweet smell of Obby's fart cool-aid. He sincerely wants to reduce Australia to the economic and libertarian level of North Korea, in the name of global warming.
Penn State finds Mann isn't guilty of any wrong doing with this news article from Accuweather:

If you ever spend even a little time in India you will soon learn call it “the land of bullshitters”. It's culturally endemic and no one knows that reality better than the Indians themselves, full stop!
Either we with India, or we are with the terrorists.
I feel like a plate of basmati with naan and tandoori. Go India!
The article at the link contains the following sentence: "The Indian government's move is a significant snub to both the IPCC and Dr Pachauri..."
I think they might also have included the Nobel Committee for awarding Pachauri the Nobel Prize. And speaking of that, I wonder if he's hoping to get one for literature?

Just keep one thing in mind, Harper has to humor both the O ring down south and the minority parliament here at home. The way I look at it is Harper is ahead on all counts to date and committed to nothing that will ever take place.
I'm with dmorris. Canadian tea parties against climate crooks! It's time to save our planet from
swindlers like Pauchari,Gore and slizuki...
Czechoslovakia, Russia and now India.
Soooo, how come it's the Third World countries that are calling BS on man made climate change while the "advanced" first world's media and politicians keep on buying the ponzi scheme ? Could it be our educational system?
Whenever I see an article/TV news that talks up AGW while ignoring that the science has been thoroughly discredited, it reminds me of;
The voice saying - Houston, go throttle up while the picture shows the shuttle blown to smithereens.
CBS's Katie Couric actually reported on the misgivings (to say the least) of the IPCC lately and how it's inspired the skeptics. All through the story though was the same old footage of the lonely polar bear on the one remaining piece of ice, the big walls of ice falling into the ocean, raging forest fires, etc, etc.
That reference to the Seachen Glacier.
70 km long.......occupied by the Indian Army---contested by the Pakistan Army for 60 years.
No "scientists" necessary to monitor a 60 year battlefield.
India/China saved us at BALI....
Western Canadian is right.
Canada's internal and external politics made it impossible for PMSH to break from the AGW "consensus" first. Others like India and austrailia and presumably brazil china et al have to lead the way - to provide a new consensus that PMSH can adopt.
How long that will take is anybodys guess. I suspect that it will not happen until after Obama is put into retirement in 2012 and replaced by a GOP POTUS who also thinks AGW is a crock.
