More Pavilions At Folkfest

There should be pictures taken of every speaker and attendee of that conference and have them posted on the net/telephone poles/news media outlets for the next month.

Then, when these people get so sick of being looked and frowned upon and not accepted in this society, maybe they'll move back under the rock where their families came from.

Good riddance!!!

Maybe if there was more news stories like this, then we could all have something to cheer about on a Saturday morning!

Despite all the usual outrageous claims that are made at these events I found this the most interesting:

I would offer this revision to Professor Keefer's statement..... all mainstream news media is "systematically fake" because "news editors have internalized the values of their J-skool profs and political patrons."

When you consider it in comparison to the progressive intelligentsia's public attacks on Christianity, just in the last forty years or so, it is mind boggling.

Christians have been subject to every kind of hateful lie and slander and extreme attempts to offend, all disguised as intellectual discussion or art or comedy and all aggressively disbursed by the mainstream media.

Then our civilization is confronted with 'only when the whole of the House of War is brought under the House of Submission would Islam's destiny be complete'. The left and the news media are silent and the police state expands to protect all things Islamic from open discussion.

Teh explanation is probably the common objective, the destruction and submission of 'the House of War'.

On the bright side Salim, I'm looking forward to availing myself of the power of the state to crush those who ridicule my claim to being a Sith Lord.

Immediately after 9/11, there was a noticeable effort by governments and the media as to make sure that people of Muslim faith were not targeted by revenge seeking people. I could not and still, cannot understand how after such an atrocity, Muslim leaders have managed to become more on the fore front, more palpable. And yet, every Muslim I work with claim that 9/11 was an inside job and that there were no Jews in the Towers due to an advance Mossad warning.

Muslims at my work place demanded a place for daily prayer and got it. One Pakistani Muslim didn't like it when I asked him how it felt to be a second class Muslim because he was not of Arab blood.

Muslims do not want to earn respect, they want to force people to respect them by means of using our current laws against us. They must be students of Alinsky's rules for radicals.

Here in Winnipeg we have a local NDP MP railing against a 60 yo Christian organization, not wanting "evangelical Christians" to receive government money to build a multi-facet youth centre, afraid that young vulnerable minds will be indoctrinated with Christian values. I wonder if he would do the same type of rant against a Muslim youth centre if he found out that they preach that all non-muslims are beneath Muslims and deserve death to young vulnerable minds.

It is mad mad world.

"Effective policing, efficient courts and robust laws" writes Matt Gurney in today's NP yet despite 400 people, police officers, CSIS, inside informers, wire taps and a myriad of information and documentation it took, what, almost 5 years to prosecute the Toronto 18 islamic terrorists! Even then the sentences were ludicrous with one guy walking free the next day thanks to time served. Would he have got a credit note for the next time if he was kept any longer?

With the amount of muslims pouring into Canada sharia law should be in place for the next terrorist act and the terrorist, sorry freedom fighter, will be praised for his actions in destroying the infidels.

Read the NP article on Sheema Khan who was three years old when she immigrated to Montreal, holds a PHD yet now wears a hijab, supports sharia law even though her imam told her "Just because you have a PhD from Harvard, it doesn't mean you are qualified to speak to the media."

As we see in the UK the hardliners will snuff out her achievements and her voice will be silenced by the muslim theology as she becomes another invisible thing. She admits muslims in Canada are oblivious of female rights.

If you think I am exaggerating read the article on the 751 areas in France that the government admits openly is controlled not by them but by muslims. When we travelled in France last fall the tourist board warned about venturing into these areas found in Paris and throughout France with Marseilles almost now a muslim city.

And Professor Mansur once again speaks wisdom. How can we not decry Shariah and its inherent wrongs? Muslims should be casting this backward nonsense off like a filthy cloak.

Here's an example where a citizen will be prosecuted for trying to save a few bucks, whereas another citizen will be allowed to do the same in the name of religion (and probably treated better).
