Mass murder, some Muslims, and morality

Earlier:

Who's murdering Muslims?

Now: one bomb goes off in Karachi and a second in set off in the hospital to which victims are being taken:

Note that the victims are Muslims and that the deed and tactics are those of other Muslims (though one supposes some, somewhere, will suggest the CIA did it).

Let us know if any Canadian Muslim organization of note has anything to say. Remember such killings do not have the cover of raison d'état, thin or thick as one may make that. These actions are simply those of self-organized and self-justified people who choose to obliterate the lives of many other people. Muslims. Go figure.

Then there is Karbala kaboom.

Update: On the mind of two apparently important Canadian Muslim organizations:

At the risk of repeating myself, life can be Shi'a hell on the Sunni side of the street.

Nah. Mossad did it.

Exactly the same modus operandi was followed in the Mumbai attacks in 2008.

First the attacked the station then they attacked the hospitals the survivors were taken to.

Surprise surprise, Pakistani muslims were behind that one as well.

Islam.. the faith with no morality.

a religion based on misinterpreted rememberances of trips along caravan routes to Jewish and Christian towns , filtered through uncontrolled epilepsy.

All are Shahids from the Muslim point of view.
(Insha Allah)
After all, Muslims love death more than we love life.

Even though they got they "first responders" in the second blast, they will get first pick when the raisins are handed out.
(getting the first responders with the second blast is an IRA tactic that they both learned from Moscow)

Mark, I'm sure your comment about the CIA was tongue in cheek, but...

I remember in the Iran/Iraq war, the West supplied Saddam with arms, while the Russkis supplied Iran. I'm sure both sides were happy to sit back, and see them waste men and money killing each other.

I wouldn't be surprised if there was some plan (maybe public, maybe private?) to supply arms/bombs to Muslim countries to keep the Sunni/Shia and other internecine conflicts going, thinking "it's better to have them killing each other over there, than trying to kill us over here". It doesn't seem like they need very much provocation.

C'mon, the root of these problems are due to poverty and lack of opportunity according to Obama.

So .... these are just poor people entertaining themselves as best they can with what little opportunities they have.

Everyone needs a little entertainment after a hard week of poverty and lack of opportunity.

And never mind whose killing the Muslims I still want to know who killed Roger Rabbit.

"Chapter II. Wounded and Sick

Art. 12. Members of the armed forces and other persons mentioned in the following Article, who are wounded or sick, shall be respected and protected in all circumstances.

They shall be treated humanely and cared for by the Party to the conflict in whose power they may be, without any adverse distinction founded on sex, race, nationality, religion, political opinions, or any other similar criteria. Any attempts upon their lives, or violence to their persons, shall be strictly prohibited; in particular, they shall not be murdered or exterminated, subjected to torture or to biological experiments; they shall not wilfully be left without medical assistance and care, nor shall conditions exposing them to contagion or infection be created.

Only urgent medical reasons will authorize priority in the order of treatment to be administered.

Women shall be treated with all consideration due to their sex. The Party to the conflict which is compelled to abandon wounded or sick to the enemy shall, as far as military considerations permit, leave with them a part of its medical personnel and material to assist in their care.

Art. 18. The military authorities may appeal to the charity of the inhabitants voluntarily to collect and care for, under their direction, the wounded and sick, granting persons who have responded to this appeal the necessary protection and facilities. Should the adverse Party take or retake control of the area, he shall likewise grant these persons the same protection and the same facilities.

The military authorities shall permit the inhabitants and relief societies, even in invaded or occupied areas, spontaneously to collect and care for wounded or sick of whatever nationality. The civilian population shall respect these wounded and sick, and in particular abstain from offering them violence.

No one may ever be molested or convicted for having nursed the wounded or sick.

The provisions of the present Article do not relieve the occupying Power of its obligation to give both physical and moral care to the wounded and sick."

But hey, these people obviously don't care about the laws of war. Killing medics and doctors is generally viewed as a war crime.

Cheers

The religion of pieces.

Hey hey Guys, Kate asked a question

"Who's murdering Muslims?"

An interview with a 13 year old girl that was offered up by her brother to be a suicide bomber. Her 9 year old sister went that road. She did not.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/south_asia/8499615.stm

Afghanistan file:

"The United Nations said 2,412 civilians were killed in 2009 — a 14 percent increase over the 2,118 who died in 2008. Nearly 70 percent of civilian deaths last year, or 1,630, were caused by the insurgents, the report found."

1,630 civilians were deliberately butchered by the Taliban. These are supposed to be their own people. But by all means, let's negotiate with them.

KevinB: The Soviets supplied arms to Iraq, not Iran. The main Iranian arms suppliers were China and North Korea. Some Western countries, mainly France helped, Iraq (along with such countries as Singapore). Best quick reference is Wikipedia.

My heart breaks at the thought of Muslims killing Muslims. Maybe the next Mohammed was among the dead. What a tragedy!

Fuc#in' Savages!

I've never heard of CIA operatives that are muslims, so I don't see how they could have been involved.

"mehr" (or "new", if you'd rather) provides a word that I'd never seen before: Munafiq.

From Wikipedia: an Islamic Arabic term used to describe a religious hypocrite, who outwardly practices Islam, while inwardly concealing his disbelief (kufr), perhaps even unknowingly. . . The Qur'an has hundreds of ayāt (verses) discussing munāfiqūn, referring to them as more dangerous to Muslims than the worst non-Muslim enemies of Islam.

As "new" semi-coherently wrote "they are not Muslim Monfeq treat is worst than Kafer who deny the god"

Presumably "new"'s view is shared by a sufficient portion of the Sunni Muslim majority, otherwise these events would be uncommon. Clearly from the Sunni point of view they are Muslims killing "non-Muslims."

Which of course is cool according to the Religion Of Peace (tm).

I keep stating the same thought...where are the majority of Muslims in this country and in Europe that are not butchers standing out against this crime? No where to be seen or heard. They will not call out their own. Foucking cowards.

What if an imam told the would-be terrorist that there was good news and bad news regarding the 72 virgins?

The good news is, yes they are there as promised, perfumed, veiled, ready and waiting for you. The bad news is that after you have finished with the first virgin, The Big Guy transforms you, and there you are, perfumed, veiled, ready and waiting for the next blowed-up-good terrorist to arrive. 72 dead terrorists later, you and The Big Guy can call it square.

Colonel Mustard killed Roger Rabbit in the conservatory with a candlestick.

Why do all these Khabumas miss the Khadars?

Perhaps they lack GPS techgnology, or maybe, they need a cab driver who knows the address they are given.

and I forgot to add goat foukers at that.

"New" is still here defending Islam? Incredible.

Mark, Kevin; most of the stories I have heard told about the CIA and other Secret Service organizations, came from Left Wing Anti Capitalist moonbats who could not have possible known what these said organizations did or ever do.
When your Left Wing fellow employees or coffee clutch cronies come running to you with these stories ask for authentication. Who told you? How could they have known? The CIA doesn't advertise their exploits, do they?
Just the other day I was treated to the: "Osamma's family left the US after 9/11 during the air travel ban", story. I mentioned the Post 9/11 Judicial Inquiry where witnesses are Sworn In before testifying. (unlike Canada's useless sideshows)The question was asked and there was no evidence of this. My friend simply had believed the CBC.

“Obama statue in Jakarta will be removed after protests on internet

A statue of the young Barack Obama, intended to commemorate the time he lived in Indonesia as a boy, is to be removed from a park in Jakarta after a campaign of protest on the internet.

The decision to remove the “Barry Dream Statue”, which depicts a 10-year-old Obama Jr smiling as a butterfly alights on his left thumb, is an embarrassment to both governments, coming as it does just over a month before the president’s first official visit to Indonesia.

The Jakarta governor’s office confirmed that the 6ft-tall bronze sculpture will be moved from Menteng Park in the centre of the city to a nearby primary school that the future president attended in the late 1960s.

The bronze Obama is depicted carrying the Nobel peace prize around his neck; on the statue’s plinth is a quotation from Eleanor Roosevelt: “The future belongs to those who believe in the power of their dreams.” Opponents of the statue argued that its place should be reserved for Indonesian heroes, or at least for leaders who have done more than Mr Obama to prove themselves worthy of a place in history.

“Obama has not yet contributed anything significant to Indonesia, or even the world, that warrants him having a statue in, ironically, one of the nicest parks in Jakarta,” wrote one columnist in the Jakarta Post. “Much like his Nobel peace prize, his statue is unwarranted.””

MarkOttawa:
/sarcasm on
KevinB has a point. It has long been known that the USA/CIA is the worlds leading supplier of Russian small arms, Russian uniforms, Russian Trucks, Russian APC's, Russian, Helicopters, French Mirage Jet fighters, Russian MiG Jet fighters, Russian Radar, Russian AAA, Russian Sams, Russian tanks, Russian Anti-armour-weapons.
Like where else would these originate? Who else could possibly have supplied them to Saddam?
/sarcasm off

This should high-light the stupidity of paying the Afghans to quit cooperating with the Taliban. Why would anyone, for whatever reason, wish to have anything to do with these bastards, unless they're of the same ilk?

Slightly off topic: Does anyone know of any American newspapers or such that may be covering the 'alleged' murders of the 4 inconvenient females in Kingston? Or why there is a publication ban on a mass murder?

They perfect these practices before exporting them. Like the Saudi bomber.

So do I suspect that we will see a tactic like this in the Uk or US or some other Western country. Absolutely.

One other tactic they have used once, and maybe its an ace in the hole for sometime later, is how they got Ahmad Shah Massoud, leader of the Northern Alliance. Done 2 days prior to Spet 11...

"Massoud was the target of a successful suicide attack at Khwaja Bahauddin, Afghanistan on September 9, 2001. The attackers' names were alternately given as Dahmane Abd al-Sattar, husband of Malika El Aroud, and Bouraoui el-Ouaer; or 34-year-old Karim Touzani and 26-year-old Kacem Bakkali.[30] The attackers claimed to be Belgians originally from Morocco. However, their passports turned out to be stolen and their nationality was later determined to be Tunisian. The assassins claimed to want to interview Massoud and then, while asking Massoud questions, set off a bomb in the camera, killing Massoud."

As far as the Update CAIR-CAN piece ... what a load of guano given that recent polls put support for our guys among Afghans at 70%, the highest yet.

... and as far as arms supplies to Iraq ... suck on this:

the answer is Muslims kill Muslims.

You can't reason with the unreasonable... payment to these people will only result in more bloodshed.

Mark, thanks for your reply. I appreciate that you're polite.

Sasquatch, maybe you should broaden your horizons.

From Mark's suggestion of wikipedia:

The United States assisted Iraq through a military aid program known as "Bear Spares", whereby the U.S. military "made sure that spare parts and ammunition for Soviet or Soviet-style weaponry were available to countries which sought to reduce their dependence on the Soviets for defense needs."[15] According to Howard Teicher's court sworn declaration:

If the "Bear Spares" were manufactured outside the United States, then the U.S. could arrange for the provision of these weapons to a third country without direct involvement. Israel, for example, had a very large stockpile of Soviet weaponry and ammunition captured during its various wars. At the suggestion of the United States, the Israelis would transfer the spare parts and weapons to third countries... Similarly, Egypt manufactured weapons and spare parts from Soviet designs and provided these weapons and ammunition to the Iraqis and other countries.

Further, from the same article:

"Saddam did foresee one immediate consequence of his invasion of Iran: the suspension of arms supplies from the USSR."

So the US didn't supply Iraq with F-16's; they did make sure they were supplied with weapons, and also supplied Iraq with satellite recon data. Later, they provided Iraq with military helicopters, and while not actually giving them to Iraq, provided advanced ASW choppers under US control.

The Iraqis attacked the USS Stark; the US accepted Iraq's apology and did not retaliate. The USS Samuel Roberts was damaged by an Iranian mine; the US retaliated by destroying two Iranian ships.

Samsquanch, I suppose you interpret this as neutrality on the part of the US.

Nice job Allah.

Syncro

As far as I understand the article at The Torch is asking the same question as CIC, although narrative is quiet different. The strategy of the mission in Afganistan is not very coherent and comprehensive, the objectives are confused by combat/peace keeping duality, the enemy is based in neighboring country. The mission cost lives and money. What is the return?

I still think that if we don't fight them in the desert, we will be fighting them at the corner of Yonge and Bloor.

Stick,

All religions are irrational (by definition), but some (1?) tend to use that irrationality to commit heinous acts... why?

that's what we need to find out.... rationality has nothing to do with it....

@KevinB

The "West" did not supply Saddam during the Iran/Iraq War. The chief arms supplier to Saddam from beginning to end was ALWAYS Russia. The second leading arms supplier to him was France.

During the I/I War, the US sold him some UTILITY helicopters, agricultural equipment and chemicals, and other light materials such as spare parts. The Russians supplied him with more than 100 times the aid we provided. Russia played both sides of the war. Don't believe everything you read on Wiki.

France provided 30 times the aid we did.

The chief US aid to Saddam was strategic intelligence. It helped him to repel wave upon wave of fanatic Basij warriors

Why were we helping him? Because the prospect of Iran overrunning Iraq and forming a Shiite Revolutionary Superstate which would control or threaten the region was unacceptable. We maintained a delicate balance of power, executed quite brilliantly - a strategy supported by both democrats and republicans. The net result was two weakened dictatorships. Iraq invaded Kuwait to pay for his enormous war debts and to divert growing dissent. He was emboldened by April Glaspie, a weak ambassador who sent the wrong political messages when Iraq hinted at war.

You're one of these people who WANT to believe we were complicit with Saddam and bin Laden. It's frothing conspiracy theory lunacy.

Obviously they were attacked for their support for Israel.

POWinCA:

Where have I ever, I repeat EVER said the US supported Bin Laden?

As for Saddam - you make a lot of allegations, but you post no data, no links, nothing, like I'm supposed to take your word for it? Waddya think I am - a lefty?

If you'd bothered to even read the wiki article, you'll see the picture of Donny Rumsfeld shaking hands with Saddam.

I was alive and sentient during the Iran/Iraq war. I remember what I read and what happened. My original post in this thread was based on the opinions formed at the time, not on some revisionist history from either side.

Sometimes, just for the hell of it, I time TV newscasts from the beginning to see how long they run before the topic switches from trouble in the world caused by muzzies to something else. I think my record is 10 minutes of nothing but muzzie carnage, mayhem and protests in various parts of the world.

Yet the doors of Cnaada are wide open to muzzie immigrants. Are we nuts?
