Cutting-edge editorial policy

Another quietly-passing story from the land of tulips, tolerance, and rosy-pink cheeks:

Regional newspaper De Gelderlander has decided not to publish an interview with a Moroccan woman after the newspaper was threatened by her son. Nonetheless, the editors deny they gave in to intimidation.
Two Moroccan criminals ran over a 50 year old man with their scooter last month while fleeing from the police after robbing a hotel. The perpetrators then went to the hospital where doctors were trying to save the man's life. He died because they made their work impossible.
The brother of one of the suspects visited the editorial staff of De Gelderlander last Friday and demanded that the newspaper drop publication. The youth also threatened an editor, according to the newspaper....

Meanwhile, Geert Wilders is on trial in Holland for warning about the dangers of radical Islamism.

The Europeans are truly a bunch of weak sisters. Suspect it's too late for them to turn it around if their police can't control this kind of behavior. Look for burning Opels in the streets of Amsterdam.

The euros are so screwed . . . the tail is surely wagging their dog.

i'm far more dismayed...disgusted really by the British case....for these 'social engineers' to have intentionally created the present problem is worthy of punitive action by the state....even if they can't be fined or imprisoned the malicious actions of these ideologues should be made public throughout the realm...every single man jack and lady jill involved in this travesty should be publically shamed...

Europe's "cunning plan" to swap out 6 million Jews for 20 million Muslims produces predictable results!

Where can I get a ticket to watch this train wreck?Oh,and with the free drugs thrown in also? Obviously pride, belief in your country, and backbone not included.

You can see a change in attitude, among young, white men, in the UK, and the Netherlands. They're beginning to dominate combat sports, much like "minorities" did, when they were struggling for recognition. This fight is far from over. White Europeans didn't control the globe, all those years, because they got lucky. There's a generation of very determined, white, Christians about to take their place as political leaders, in Europe.

Oh,oh....Kathy...your lack of a burlap sack is showing.

'burlap sack' ???(potatoes?)

i have no notion of what you mean to impart.....'sackcloth and ashes' i do know of....but even then i miss the intended connection....

clarification if you would be so kind...

Typical "news" coverage: Geert Wilders' PVV is a "far right" party. I guess that makes a lot of Dutch people "far right".

Wilder's trial demonstrates that the tolerant Dutch will tolerate anything but themselves. This self loathing of Western cultures results in being ashamed of free speech, vilifying indivudual wealth, hijacking education, (do you think it's by accident that high school grads today are semi-literate) and feeling guilty for all the good things that western society offers its ciizens.
I see the American Tea Party movement as evidence that there are still enough Americans who are willing to "draw the line in the sand", and thank God for that. When the Americans finally get to the politicaly correct point of no longer reciting the Pledge Of Allegiance, we're done!
I blame the liberal left elitists aka progressives, for infecting our governments and our education system with their western loathing ideology.
I keep waiting for the swing to the Right. Massachusets was a hopeful sign.
My greatest fear is that we've gone past the point of no return.

Nationalism isn't necessarily right wing.

However, multiculturalism IS Left wing.
When the media portrays nationalists as "far" right wing, the media is admitting that they, themselves, are "far" Left wing and that from their International Communist point of view, nationalism looks far to the right.

Nettie you are on the right track, however our focus needs to be on electing libertarian candidates in the USA Canada and through out Europe. The left is only an easy target for our frustration and dissapointment and anger over the dissintegration of western society. These things we witness on a daily basis keep us angry and distracted, we must look at the bigger picture, winning elections without changing the peaple above Obama,Brown, and the rest of the ruling elite wont make any difference we need to stop and think what must be achieved to effect permanent solutions.Tea Parties have been hijacked by those who wish to dilute their original purpose and focus, which is that of libertarians, we must Wake Up our anthem should be We Wont Be Fooled Again.

mikeg,
Libertarians are for multiculturalism.
They are for open borders.

This is just one of many issues where Libertarians and Communists are in agreement.

Oz it seems you want to focus on one thing you disagree with. The purpose of democracy is participation and disscustion within the system while representing the intrests of the society as a whole.Petty bickering serves those who wish to maintain the statusquo, and keep us from achieving the change that will serve our ultimate purpose which should be more freedom less taxes smaller goverment and basically all those things the American founding fathers thought they had achieved for themselves and everybody who would come after. There are many forces at work trying to engineer a total failure of democracy as they envisioned it,it would seve us well to unite around a common cause for the greater good of liberty freedom and right to make our own decisions on all issues of real importance rather than senseless bickering over talking points that are introduced to the debate by the Rachel Maddows and Kieth Obermans of the world.

Is it time to go to Europe and bring back our fallen? They died liberating Europe and what does Europe do but embrace the Nazi creed of socialism and they are back to pre-WW11 ethos.

Oz it seems you want to focus on one thing you disagree with.
~mikeg

So then you agree, mikeg, that a Libertarian vote is a vote for multiculturalism and a vote for open borders.
Gotcha.

AFAIK Libertarians aren't against importing Muslims as Geert Wilders clearly is.
Voting Libertarian is not the solution to the problem of multiculturalism.

There is a reason why Libertarians get so few votes, and it isn't because Conservatives don't want less taxes and smaller government.

Oz,one last thing,a quote.Theres nothing in the street looks any different to me.And slogans are replaced bye the bye.And parting on the left.Is now the parting on the right. And the beards have all grown long overnight. What do you think Pete was trying to tell us.As it turns out, I find the relevance of the lyric grows greater by the day.

"Paedophile Porn" Pete the rich Leftist Who?
You must be mistaking me for someone who cares what he thinks or says.

Since you won't comment on the problem of mindless multicultural immigration, mikeg, I'll take that as a surrender of the point.

I said it before and I'll say it again: Libertarians and International Communists are both for multiculturalism and open borders.

The Tea Party Movement isn't a Libertarian movement or it wouldn't be called the Tea Party Movement it would be called the Libertarian Movement*.

*(which has been a notable failure and for good reason)

Dp

You noticed that militancy growing in the young WAS(P?) men in Europe too.
My assessment is that they are all good candidates for a street rumble.....

Meh. Are you sure this wasn't in "De Gelding Lander". Mighty d!ckless, if you ask me, but I defer to the Might Mark Steyn for a more humorous and ironic response.

The Islamic Republik Of Holland

"Oh,oh....Kathy...your lack of a burlap sack is showing."

I trust that Mrs Shaidle will never be a Bagged Lady.

De Gelderlander seems like an appropriate name. I think de whole land's been geldered.

I won't blame the newspaper, though. It's not resonable to expect heroic virtue on the part of newspaper staff when the policians are cowering before the terrorists or collaborating with them. Most people don't want to live in fear of having their throats cut (oddly).

Oz just wondering is your real name (redacted) and do you work for a person named (redacted). Ive read that agent provocateurs roam the internet trying to do exactly what you do so well. Perhaps you should consider a career change and earn a good living doing what comes naturally. If Im wrong, please accept my sincere apoligy. I guess you are simply a prime example of the net result of an education system whos greater purpose is to turn out an army of useful idiots.

[Don't do that here, mikeg. None of Oz's comments anywhere on this site even remotely resemble those of an agent provocateur - unless you consider someone disagreeing with your position to be an agent provocateur. - EBD]

Oz I was wondering if your real name is Richard and do you work for a woman named Jennifer.I keep getting the nagging feeling you might not be who you claim to be. Ive heard agent provocateurs roam the internet trying to do exactly what you are doing.

Discussing immigration is a legitimate political issue, mikeg.
Being anti-immigration is a traditional conservative position.
I'm not totally anti-immigration, I'm just for limited immigration that has a real proven benefit to the nation.

If I've been more "provocative" than the actual thread title section, I'd like you to point out where.

Perhaps you could elucidate how your advice to Nettie to "vote Libertarian" engages with the issue of immigration, Muslim or otherwise, instead of engaging in fantasy about me.

Richard please direct me to a link to back up your claim that Ron Paul is advocating for an open immigration policy.Whether or not you are a bonofide Conservative is still up in the air.To me you epitomize all those attributes that liberals so handily fling at the conservative movement at every opportunity. If you are in fact Oz you may want to conduct yourself representitive of a Conservative party. It would be advisable to represent your party in the best possible light at all times otherwise you are serving the CBC MSNBC and rest of mainstream liberal media far more than the Conservative Party and all those who work hard to diminish the perseption of a meanspirited and smug bunch of rednecks.I believe there was a disscusion on this sight recently of the difference between intelligence and wisdom. It may serve you well to read it again and spend some time contemplating the difference.

Ron Paul is a Republican last time I checked.
Either he lacks integrity or a vote for him is a vote for the Republican Party.

Regarding immigration and open borders; if you don't know the Libertarian position of these issues then you shouldn't be advising people to vote Libertarian, peckerwood.

Oz Please tell us all where this information can be found I woulld like to see it.Making ridiculous false statements is not the way I like to disscuss any topic and it serves no purpose other than to distract everyone from more important issues.Internet censorship and an end to fractional reserve banking are far more important than your imaginary threat from the libertarian parties open border policies.

This thread isn't about Internet censorship or banking, it's about immigrants and cultural clash.

The Western Standard Shotgun Blog is run by Libertarians.
(link in Kate's right side bar home page)
Go there and they'll tell you that Libertarians are for open borders and unfettered immigration.

thanks Oz Kieth and Rachel send their regards nothing like doing tearing down the system from within, they could never do as much in a year,as you can do in an instant.

Oz Ive checked that lead you gave me,foregive me if Im wrong but I dont think that is the official party website.Take heart though, you have inspired me Im working on a numbered connect the dots coloring book for truth challenged comrades like yourself. In it I will walk you through the basics like interpersonal relationships, rational disscusion with mutual respect for opposing view points, the difference between a website,a blogsite, and a magazine comment page.Im sure their are many other topical issues we can adress in a format that wont challenge your ability to disseminate truth from fiction.

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him think.

Vitruvius was a founding member of the Libertarian Party of Alberta.
Why don't you ask him what the Libertarian Party positions on immigration policy and open borders are if you don't know what you're advocating when you tell people to vote Libertarian?

Oz I checked the official cdn website for the Libertarian Party no mention of open borders then I googled ron paul policy on open borders could not see a thing on that site that supports your position.Xenophobia is not something the cdn conservative party is officially advocating for Im sure.It escapes me how you can think you hold a defensible position on this issue you would do the conservative movement a great service simply by keeping a more balanced perspective and open mind.Oh Yea dont drink and blog.

Rose @11.03. "Is it time to go to Europe and bring back our fallen?"

Don't even go there, Rose! I shudder about this often.
