_ BO's oligarch bosses have wanted to spend a little cash stomping on that desert backwater since he was stumping with his anti-war rhetoric. With a resession on protracted war spending is just the ticket to recovery.

WMD's were found and announced in June of 2006. The press release was kept low key by the White House for reasons among which: they, the WMD's were not known to be all accounted for and AlQ could very well source some for themselves. Many were scattered amongst thousands of conventional shells and bombs and there are still likely many there.
