I used to work at Bloomberg and knew Jeremy the reporter indirectly. What a hopeless story.

How hard is it to write a graph stating that the IPCC relied on a WWF report that in turn relied on an 8 year old story in the New Scientist that in turn relied on an interview with an obscure Indian scientist who later said his comment about 2035 was speculative.

And, what, no time to mention the IPCC somehow deduced that there was a 90% probability that the 'speculative' comment was true and that IPCC head Pauchauri had previously called criticism of this report 'voodoo science?'

Hopeless reporting or maybe just deliberately misleading. Who knows?

You've never seen the Athabasca glacier, have you? It could dissappear, completely, and those rivers would keep flowing. Most of their water comes from the annual snow pack, and normal precipitation.

Good job finding another way to connect every evil to the oilsands, though. Never mind the fact that oil has been seeping into the river, naturally, for thousands of years.

Two or three UK mainstream newspapers are now regularly covering the global warming scam, as a scam. This is front page news in the UK.

Chip, and further, the Indian scientist didn't even study glaciers.
