Interesting cross reference - I started reading through the emails from the CRU files that appeared this week. One of the emails (File 1048799107.txt) is titled "Formation of Earth Government for the good of all". The author is Germain Dufour, self-titled as the "Spiritual Leader of the Global Community and President" of the Earth Government. Looks like a fine Quebec lad who has also lived in Calgary and Guelph over the past decade. Why do the climate researchers have a screed from this dude on their server? Lots of more reading when you google his fine name.
