The implication is that the previous two CMA heads did not know what they were talking about either. No doubt the tinkering he has in mind is throwing more money at it (read unions).

    Second you can not expect magic happened over night as all we know politic is some time bluffing real men to do is professional who need to wrap this matter
    it means join of scientist and engineer in medical engineering and related and economic and cost related and politician and ask professional consolers and ask ordinary people made research done to find best way and keep improving it plus it is not made sick get cured it so many think like disposal of all medical devices like isotope or all nuclear waste and location is other issued linked with it more than big picture more small problems will arise to fix real change to system of health care DO Not forget we need honest who is ethic attached to their direction for sure

How guarantee doctor take care patient well or patient force to go to doctor how the lost will goes here
    next is walking clinic with share few secretor work 24 hour and each need to have at least 7 doctors to work as new young doctor and at least one or two older experience doctor to head them and see patient 10 minute and limit of doctor based on family paten like 1000 patient / doctors and finally if you are series timely patient need to schedule him or her like care accident need to do with other doctor who put more time and take more money from doctor and pay each doctors $ 20 / seeing one patient per day at least 40 patients per day for each 15 minutes.
    If emergency he go to other doctor stay with lower patient or hospital $ 800 to 1000 per day give doctor $ 30000 per year for young doctors and then if goes more specially they will asked $ 300/ hr since see patient less per year and more timely like surgery
    we need three level walking clinic then private doctor then hospital and then pharmacy to help this and need two times check up per year to prevent problems raised to fix it when it h append more costly
    How to force patient to see doctors is also other issue and how timing and paying doctors is important
    Doctors without assistant and secretor who schedule to patient and all x rays and ultrasound and how to transfer the date to doctors faster and less costly and MRI and city scan and blood and other body exam and heart exam , eyes and heart and diabetes and cholesterol and food intake and exercise club and pysiotrapy and for young and eye check up and stomach kidney , glasses for elderly special shoes to wear and devices and all costly equipments and rooms and location and place which is feasible to built office for doctors and hospitals without those attachment in detail doctor not able to work it is like you give driver with no car to drive, that is not fun to work with named it all is new world to all of us

Do not worry about me I have enough doctor in my family to help me free of charge my two sisters are doctors and if I need desperatly if I do not have penny to pay for doctor fees they will help me some times you are not enjoy seeing doctor all the time even your family member they are too much care that ordinary peopel are not care of do or don’t
    I have family who were over protated and so much senstive going to doctor for each sneeze or small cold and I have freind who hate seeing any doctor to check his health which is both are too much too little
    balance life is important
    something will happend we like it or not like it
    plus US is not our country any way
    who care lets they handle thier problmes
    we have our own problems in Canada
    I do not think my voice goes any where I know certain data I am passing
    job and income to pay bills for minimum is something you earn it but you can not force to get the job
    if you do not have job
    you do not deserve to die
    that is blame it to political systems and caplilism or socilism
    I watched CNN about Afganstan and Plastine young people that how much they are poor and live with no hope for future
    when you have gold in your hand donot show it because theives will take it from you

    People in that area listen to BBC is more than CNN
    trust me to this fact
    While I hate English accent of reporters in BBC Canadian speak English better, sometimes I do not understand what they are talking about the same feeling you may have toward me
    I got for two month all news bundles from Bell free and I am listening to all channels
    500 to 510
    Channel 500 is CNN
    501 is CTV
    Then we have national news
    And cp 24 for city TV news
    Then we have word.ca for Christian news all are racist hated Muslim
    Then we have BBC in 510
    After two month I must pay $ 5/ month which is not bad price to see what people talk then you can analyze news
    For checking headline news is good to know them it takes only one hour to listen to main news
    Then it keep repeating
    For some local news
    They guy in BBC tried to say that in past two to three years people are more respect scientist information before people either are not educated or not care to know or think politician need to linked with those group now date and information need to go in some areas under those group for reviews.
    Most of time scientist knows so many data but made those is very costly to built that project

    I am not hearing or believing any body or hate or like or dislike some group because of gossip every where has good reporter and bad reporter
    Some reporter in BBC is good some are stupid to me
    The funny think I had a question from a lawyer last week and I called that famous lawyer to ask my legal question

    Roosevelt, Truman, Eisenhower et al appealed to a certain demographic in order to win the Presidency.
