Its always a tragedy when the animals in the cage turn on the man feeding them. Chip, turn to the left and cough, he hasn’t got he whole fist up there. Yet.
He(Gibbs)would appear to have the credentials and demeanor of a used car salesman however I’m not sure I would buy a used car from him.
This is a very signal event. I and many many others think that Helen is waaay past her due date. And that she is unapologetically partisan – though she thinks that she is more centre left – which she was in the Johnson years – than far left. But I admIre her work ethic and strong free press principles. As do many in the WHPC. That she is ticked off with how she is being handled will give a lot of others cover to go after BO and his minions.
The next big event – the turning point in this failing presidency – will be the obliteration of cap and trade in the senate (don’t be surprised if the vote is close – it will be engineered to be that way but it will fail nonetheless) . The press I believe knows this and are making sure they are not caught on the wrong side.
No cap and trade = no new tax inflows = no healthcare reform.
Just pray that robert Byrd doesn’t die (or gets whacked) before the vote as he is the key to the whole deal.

He has altered the ‘meaning’ of some of his promises by burying what he is really up to in the pages of the various unread bill everyone is voting for. He has escalated Afghansistan, he will not be closing Gitmo. He did not pull all the troops out of Iraq as promised and the worst is yet to come.
Obama is a puppet of the world’s wealthiest bankers and financiers. You know … guys like Rockefeller, Soros, the Rothschilds etc. Wall street owns the Democratic party and a lot of the Republican party as well. Many of Obamas inner circle are from the financial industry and the (privately owned) Federal Reserve Bank that prints and sell us money with interest and they are above US law.
All American federal politics is play acting. It’s not real … all lies and double speak. You cannot believe ANYTHING these people say.
Nothing is what it appears to be. We are all living in a global halo-deck with the safety protocols off.

Back to the past – I thought a real low in US history was the YouTube debates on CNN – the questions were absolutely ridiculous – people dressed up like chickens asking “what do you hate about the person next to you”?
It is really sad that McCain and Obama were not allowed to go head to head, mano a mano, without the Obama media protectors making things incredibly boring

Obama’s town hall meeting was open to anyone to ask questions. Anyone of course meaning anyone approved by the White House. These people have no shame.
The woman told a story of woe about having kidney cancer and being unable to obtain health insurance. The high point came when Obama gave her a hug and, to applause from the audience, promised to find a way to help her.
Following their colloquy, Obama reinforced the idea that he didn’t know who she was:

So Environment America can hire a woman with the right looks, the right appeal and the right name, to make focus-group tested closing points. All this, while Beck and Schiff are just getting started.
2. Environment America has reduced their message to a level that an idiot can act on. They even have the slogans appear in the background. By contrast, you have to understand what Beck and Schiff are getting at.
3. Environment America has outlets and channels ready to capture the simple button pushes of their audience and focus them on politicians. Where exactly do you go if you agree with Beck and Schiff?”

Following the Rasmussen polls, this is the third straight day that Obama’s approval rating has been in the negative range. Minus 2.
His general approval rating is now below 50%; it’s at 47%, his lowest rating.
Obama is meanwhile, chastizing people for criticizing ‘his’ Health Care agenda, berating them for not doing as he wants, i.e., rubber stamping his agenda. Denying that his agenda will increase taxes, ..while unemployment creeps up to 9.5% (which he insisted it never would).
People are waking up. We’ll see how Obama will fight back against this – and don’t think that he won’t do so. He can’t handle losing control.
That was the best performance ever by Helen.
I think the MSM is noticing that FOX is eating their lunch in the ratings. Maybe, just maybe, they think, it was something to do with critical thinking.

Well, that was a gratifying video to watch. I’m taking bets now on this segment appearing on Hannity’s Li-Ber-Al translation tonight.
And, while I’m pleased to see some resistance from the media (finally!), it is too little to late in terms of providing them with any redemption. Their sycophantic behavior to date, and their role in electing and supporting this abomination of a president, cost them all credibility in my eyes.
There’s a reason many of us rely on blogs like SDA for much of our current event and political news.
Helen Thomas and the MSM have been carrying the water for the Obama White House and Democrats and she now wants respect? There is a report out there that the WaPo was influence peddling their connections to the White House – they have hastily snuffed that meet and greet opportunity but you get the drift. I wonder how long it took Obama to light his cigarette after the Healthcare Townhall – satifaction is so easy when you deal with a gullible public and complicit media.
Here’s what you do: fill the townhall meetings with random people BEFORE the audience plants get there (promise them hot dogs if need be but pony up because lying about hot dogs is cruel). Watch as the unsuspecting audience slowly rips into Obama’s sense of security.

If Helen Freakin’ Thomas is p1ssed off by Obama’s antics with the press, man that is really something. She’s a stone hard partisan DemocRat, and for her to open fire on little giggling Gibbs there, boy howdy. That’s like watching a mountain get up and walk.
