The most modern Ford plant is located in Brazil. Apparently, the CAW and UAW do not approve of this concept where there is a great deal of automation and the suppliers set up shop right inside the auto plant, keeping wage, transportation and admin costs low. This morning when I booted up I was greeted with a big climate "advisory" on my MSN webpage----ALL the urban myths from stronger more frequent storm, sea level rise----the full stream of BS.
When I lable them as urban myths---it is because anyone outside the city limits, smarter than a 5th grader knows them as URBAN myths.

CBC had a segment called the "dimming sun" which was story about the lack of sunspots.
I bet my wife before the story started that they would qualify the resulting cooling would not be enough to offset global warming. As if these A-holes would know.

Dutch Navy Blasted for 'Idiotic' Pirate Release After Storming Ship

Releasing pirates "sends the wrong signal," Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said after meeting her Dutch counterpart Maxime Verhagen in Washington on Monday. Both ministers said they would push for NATO to begin arresting pirates.

Both NATO and the European Union have multinational flotillas operating under a mandate from the U.N. Security Council which tasks them with escorting World Food Program ships and with patrolling the seas around the Horn of Africa. The mandate says nothing about how to treat captured pirates.

Angry Dutch lawmakers grilled the junior Defense Minister Jack de Vries on Tuesday about why a Dutch boarding party released the nine Somalis.

"We see piracy as a major problem but this weekend a Dutch ship detains pirates and then frees them," opposition lawmaker Ewout Irrgang said. "How can this happen? Do you agree that this is idiotic?"

Piracy is the oldest international crime in Dutch law books and can be prosecuted regardless of where it happens and who is targeted.

The Netherlands has showed its willingness to prosecute piracy by agreeing to try five Somalis arrested in January by the Danish navy. The trial is expected to start next month.

NATO says any decision to arrest and prosecute suspects is up to its individual member states, not the alliance.

"When a ship which is part of the NATO force detains a person, the detention is a matter for the national authorities," said Shona Lowe, a spokeswoman for the NATO naval command in Northwood, Britain.

The European Union recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the government of Kenya, which allows its ships to land any captives in Kenya where they can be prosecuted under that country's legal system.

But NATO does not have the same agreement with Nairobi and — since it is a separate entity — any agreements between Kenya and the EU don't automatically apply to the NATO task force.

Arlen Specter, currently Pennsylvania’s senior United States Senator, was Mr. Einhorn’s attorney. He managed to get the bail set at the unheard of amount of $40,000 for the suspected murderer. Only 10 percent was needed to free him. Barbara Bronfman, heiress to the Seagram liquor fortune, paid it.

Proclaiming his innocence, Mr. Einhorn told all that he was framed. He said it was the CIA or the FBI who committed the murder and they were trying to frame him for it because of his political activities.

Some will note that another notorious Philadelphia murderer, Mumia Abu Jamal, used this defense a few years later. Like Mumia, Mr. Einhorn had no shortage of leftist followers.

Mr. Einhorn skipped bail and left Philadelphia in 1981. More than a decade passed when the DA's office tried Mr. Einhorn in absentia after being unable to locate him. He was convicted in 1993.

Several years after the absentia conviction, in 1997, Mr. Einhorn was located. He was living in France with a new girlfriend — a Swedish woman. The District Attorney’s office in Philadelphia immediately asked to have him extradited. However, the humane French refused to extradite Mr. Einhorn. French officals cited the use of capital punishment in Pennsylvania and the conviction in absentia as reasons for their refusal.

Mr. Einhorn was able to convince the French courts not to extradite him until he received the promise of a new trial. A Pennsylvania legislator, Dan O’Brien, introduced a bill in the Pennsylvania General Assembly that allowed granting Mr. Einhorn a new trial, if he asked for it, and if the French extradited him. The bill did not vacate the original verdict.

When France began extradition, Mr. Einhorn’s representatives requested the European Court of Human Rights to review the case. The request was denied.

He was extradited to Pennsylvania in July 2001. He was tried, convicted and sentenced to life in prison October 17, 2002.

But there is a little mentioned irony about the Einhorn saga.

Ira Einhorn was arrested for murder March 28, 1979, the day the Three Mile Island nuclear plant accident occurred. Ira Einhorn, environmentalist, was charged with murder during the same period as one of the greatest environmental accidents in United States history.

But the real irony is that more people died in the apartment of Ira Einhorn, co-founder of Earth Day than at Three Mile Island. The environmentalist killed more people than the so-called environmental disaster.

crown and police usually are too pesmestic to any condition and see worse senario may happend and lawyers can see the optomestic of nothing happend while there is fact attached to it can study more to normal no emotion attached to see what is going on and not always answer is black and white

you need to consider also every war soldier who may kill person are not consider under same criminal act.

Even, If you think he is your enemy , you still must know more about them and such as how to find all Sadam's hosein soldiers and put them to jail or punish them in life in prison simply the can find excuse some one order them and as part of army they must take order from
bigger commander army guy and in war zone you can not put prison of war in same degree of killing in regular city criminal and put stick to them similar since blame is top man not soldier below him and so many facts is not clear that need to review not jump to conclusion and make it emotional attached now.

Youth crises this is normal young girl and boys like or fall if love and look for partner is this love can be lead to posing and crime or can be lead to more future marriage or is any anger must label so quickly in one or we can say youth crises and not have directed in city how young people can find partner safe to hang around with bunch of strangers out of no where and go beach party to west their youth of daily six or daily talk of nothing out of it except problems for their family later.
