conch (5:30). Question: is there any reason, in principle, why a human and a conch shell couldn't have done that or equivalent together, tens of thousands of years ago?
Obviously, the sax would be right out, since it hadn't been invented yet, but the conch and humans had. So? Could it be that proto-Romeo wooed proto-Juliette by blowing a conch shell? Hey baby, wanna' come upstairs and see my resonant cavities? Ah. Well, what about my

"LOS ANGELES -- In the largest deal ever made to s**t out a movie, Warner Bros. and director Michael Bay announced a landmark $50 million agreement this week to monumentally **** up ThunderCats.
"'I couldn't be more excited to completely **** this up,' said Bay, who plans to begin production on destroying the live-action adaptation next month. 'ThunderCats has a great story, endearing characters, action, adventure, space-travel, and fantasy. It will be an honor to run it into the ground.'
"'I'll use every directorial tool I have to suck the very life and charm out of this beloved cartoon,' added Bay, claiming that the film could turn out to be the most colossal piece of **** he's ever worked on. 'I won't rest until I get every last scene exactly wrong.'
"According to executives, Warner Bros. settled on Bay after a 12-month search of Holywood's most reviled directors.....In the end, the studio decided only Bay could be relied upon to deliver a 220-minute cinematic cluster*** with enough tedious performances, overblown cinematography, and CGI explosions to make even the most casual fan want to scratch their eyes out.
"Hollywood insiders agreed that Bay -- who has reportedly been closely involved in each of the 45 progressively worse rewrites of the script -- was a natural choice to take a steaming dump on the popular ThunderCats property.
"'Michael Bay has this innate sense of how to ruin a great story,' Variety reporter Todd Brick said. 'His ability to create astonishing plot holes, pepper dialogue with groan-inducing cliches, and abandon storylines halfway through is unparalleled. He was born to destroy this movie.'"

Staying with the Obama theme, I caught this quote from the prez on the piracy issue ... he was hoping to "bring an end to privacy in the Middle East." I guess the teleprompter was out of focus.

To provide a bit of context to Bernie's 12:32 AM post, here's one part of the interesting intra-blog soap-story, as Fjordman explains the reasons for his parting ways with LGF. Excerpt:
"...I’m not impressed by the lopsided coverage Little Green Footballs has displayed regarding the political situation on my continent. LGF linked to a post by the blog Islam in Europe which claimed that right-wing extremists and neo-Nazis were not just as dangerous as Muslims, but in fact a greater threat.
"I don’t see how anybody can possibly claim this. Non-Muslims in Europe who want to fight against Islamization are up against the cultural, political and media elites in their own countries, as well as the European Union, the Organization of the Islamic Conference, which is the largest voting block at the United Nations, and finally the entire Islamic world backed up by Saudi petrodollars. If you seriously believe that a few scattered and generally disliked groups of neo-Nazis represent a greater threat to freedom than the Alliance of Evil I just described then your understanding is fundamentally out of tune with reality...."

Interesting stuff, with the conch shells. There is what seems to be a Neanderthal bear-bone flute - Slovenia, c. 40,000 to 60,000 years ago. I can't find a link I really like, but anyone who cares can google. This is quite something because the Neanderthals did occasionally bury their dead (religion, that) but seem to have produced almost no art at all (some etchings on tools) and likely couldn't vocalize. Also, having been around for hundreds of millenia, they went extinct c. 30,000 years ago.

"Taking Communism away from the Communists: The Origins of Modern American Liberalism
Modern liberalism has been defined conceptually as the experimental method applied to politics and as the mentality which insists that culture, not nature, puts the future of humanity in its own hands. In terms of American history, modern liberalism is presented as an adaptation of nineteenth-century laissez-faire liberal individualism to the growth of big business, and as an updated expression of Jacksonian animus to vested interests. There is something substantial in all of these approaches. But, even taken together, they leave out a great deal.
Modern liberalism has been compared favorably and unfavorably and even conflated with its competitors, communism, socialism, Fabianism, social democracy, anarchism, and fascism. What it has in common with its rivals is that it was a fully fledged ideology that effloresced at the turn of the twentieth century in opposition to the newly emergent worlds of mass production, mass politics, and mass culture. Of all these frameworks, social democracy was the only one that never descended into an "ism." Social democracy satisfied a satiable hunger on the part of working people for a greater share of capitalism's bounty. The others were in search of an unattainable quest for a secular soteriology, a political path to salvation.
Like communism, Fabianism, and fascism, modern liberalism was born of a new class of politically self-conscious intellectuals who despised both the individual businessman's pursuit of profit and the conventional individual's pursuit of pleasure, both of which were made possible by the lineaments of the limited nineteenth-century state. Like anarchism and social democracy, liberalism embraced heroes without enthroning supreme leaders. Like all but social democracy, liberalism was strongly influenced by the Nietzschean ideal of a true aristocracy that might serve as a counterpoint to what were seen as the debasements of modern commercial society shorn of traditional hierarchies.
Liberalism was far more intellectually permeable, and far more politically adaptable, than most of its competitors and more willing than all but the trade-union-tied social democrats to work through the existing government structures. These qualities brought it to the forefront of American life. But it nonetheless represents a distinct ethos often at odds with America's democratic and capitalist traditions. The best short credo of liberalism came from the pen of the literary historian Vernon Parrington in the late 1920s. "Rid society of the dictatorship of the middle class," Parrington insisted, referring to both democracy and capitalism, "and the artist and the scientist will erect in America a civilization that may become, what civilization was in earlier days, a thing to be respected." Alienated from middle-class American life, liberalism drew on an idealized image of both organic pre-modern folkways and the harmony to come when it would re-establish the proper hierarchy of virtue in a post-bourgeois, post-democratic world.
Historically, the main streams of modern liberal ideology flowed from two very different headwaters, both of which emerged from the hot springs of World War I. The first,..."

"U.S. may take equity in General Motors
The U.S. government is considering swapping some of the US$13.4-billion General Motors Corp. owes it for an equity stake in a stripped-down version of the carmaker, people familiar with the matter said.
A government stake would accompany a smaller share of the new company for bondholders, who own $27.5 billion in GM debt. Bondholders had been offered 90 percent of the new entity's equity by the company before the government rejected the company's previous restructuring plan. The swap would be part of an effort to cut GM's debt as the carmaker approaches a June 1 deadline to come up with a plan to become viable, the people said.
"What the government is doing is stepping them down and easing the blow." said Albert Angrisani, a turnaround executive who was assistant secretary of labor under President Ronald Reagan. In doing that, "they lessen the rights of the creditors in bankruptcy," he said.
Bankers and other GM advisers are working to estimate how much a restructured company, consisting of only profitable GM assets, might be worth in a debt-for-equity swap, said the people, who declined to be named because discussions are private."

"What Women Want, According to Michael Ignatieff
Have you read the Globe story? Apparently, Michael Ignatieff has his Liberals trying to behave “even better” in the House of Commons in an effort to “woo women.”
You heard right, women of Canada: The leader of the Liberal party has come a-wooing! He’s just like The Bachelor except he’s older and he thinks a booty call is a ransom note from a pirate. There are 16.7 million of you ladies but he’s got only 14.2 million roses in his hand, so prepare for the Rose Ceremony (coming right up after he awaits the preliminary report of the Liberal Caucus Subcommittee on Red Flower Management and Distribution).
The article puts it this way: “Liberal MPs are, among other things, trying to be more polite during Question Period in the Commons. Women respond better to politicians who are not hurling insults, Liberals say.”
Personally, I’ve always found that women respond better to politicians who are fictional, like Jed Bartlet and the Joe Biden who has hidden depth and isn’t just a walking gaffe machine. But whatever. If saying “excuse me” after you burp the alphabet is what it takes to win power, Liberals are down with that. (Obvious exception: Judy Sgro.)
Ways that Liberal MPs are being more polite:
* Everyone curtsies all the time. I said everyone, Dryden.
* For first four queries each afternoon in Question Period, can only inquire of ministers how their day is going and if their family is well.
* Henceforth required to use “inside voice” to slyly suggest that all Conservatives are intolerant homophobes.
* Old Liberal approach: “Will the Prime Minister admit he’s the bloodless spawn of Satan himself?” New Liberal approach: “Will the Prime Minister please admit he’s the bloodless spawn of Satan himself?”"

Thanks for the link to Fjordman's article. It is worth the whole read.
michelle malkin has an outline of a very important document that has just come out from the White House DHS, Department of Homeland Security, which effectively targets individual dissent.
Go to 'Michelle Malkin dot com'.
The report is titled "Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment."
But a few excerpts show that this is not about extremism, i.e., irrationalism, rejection of debate and even violence. It's about dissent against the federal authority.
Here's their definition: "Rightwing extremism in the United States can be broadly divided into those groups, movements, and adherents that are primarily hate-oriented (based on hatred of particular religious, racial or ethnic groups), and those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely. It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration."
What's wrong with this definition? It's inclusive of EVERYTHING. It's so broad that it is meaningless. And dangerous. How can you lump these 'sets' together?
The Set that is based on emotional irrational hate; the Set that rationally considers that federal and state jurisdictions must not compete; the Set that intellectually rejects all and any government.
How can one definition logically incorporate all three such disparate meanings? How can you call dissent against federal intrusion on state's rights - an act of 'right wing extremism'? Yet - this is what this document does.
And it then, in the rest of this document, focuses on this Set, this Set that dissents on policies and programs....not the two Sets that are based on irrational emotionalism and intellectual utopianism. This document focuses on anyone who questions the federal role in government policies.
Then, it continues:
"Rightwing extremists are harnessing this historical election as a recruitment tool. Many rightwing extremists are antagonistic toward the new presidential administration and its perceived stance on a range of issues, including immigration and citizenship, the expansion of social programs to minorities, and restrictions on firearms ownership and use. Rightwing extremists are increasingly galvanized by these concerns and leverage them as drivers for recruitment. From the 2008 election timeframe to the present, rightwing extremists have capitalized on related racial and political prejudices in expanded propaganda campaigns, thereby reaching out to a wider audience of potential sympathizers."
What's wrong with this statement? Notice how it inserts bias, suggesting that the reason for people's rejection of the federal government programs is because of 'related racial and political prejudices'. Not because of any basic operational aspects of the govt's programs. No, the fault is in YOU, who dissents. And the fault is your own bias. It is the government that is right. And you are wrong.
And notice how it inserts prejudice in selecting the programs these 'right wing extremists' question: immigration, minorities, gun control'. Doesn't say a word about the trillion dollar deficit, foreign policies, take over of auto companies, pork stimulus. Not a word. Why not? Because these can't be defended by blaming you of bias?
Again, this deliberate linking of these policies with our already existent images of the definition of a 'right wing extremist' leads to the conclusion that ANY dissent about these policies is due to racism. Not to dysfunctionality of the program. No - the fault is in the person who questions the govt.
And so the report continues. It even suggests that the recession is not a reality but defines its effects as 'the perceived loss of jobs'. Perceived? Or actual?
What's this all about? It is a document that rejects the right to dissent, disagree and question the federal government. Such actions are deemed due to your inherent racism; not to the faults of the government programs.
The document says, "Debates over appropriate immigration levels and enforcement policy generally fall within the realm of protected political speech under the First Amendment, but in some cases, anti-immigration or strident pro-enforcement fervor has been directed against specific groups and has the potential to turn violent. "
Got that? This document is setting up a direct link between Freedom of Speech and a 'perceived result of such freedom' - violence. This document is beginning an attack against the First Amendment, Freedom of Speech.
It is, furthermore, an attack on the 10th Amendment, that of State Rights - and these Rights are entrenched in the Constitution.
Basically, this document, put out by Obama's government, is a deliberate attack against the individual's capacity to participate in the political process of his country.
Check it out.

Thanks for posting that ET. It is directly related to the brief one I posted above reminding people that US tax revolt tea parties are occuring all over that country tomorrow.
I have read that the O administration is considering sending out ACORN brown shirts where they will try to pin the "racist/hatred" plug on the demonstrators with the usual MSM in tow.
Thank God Fox (Which is now miles above CNN and MSNBC in viewership) will cover intensively these events. Hopefully, they'll also expose ACORN's or other attempts at discrediting this potentially massive walk. I also hope momentum will follow as again, the MSM has been all but silent on the previous tea parties and other cries on justice for the constitution.
They went quiet on Rush Limbaugh for obvious reasons but they have no choice but to cover tomorrow events.
You should of seen how pathetic CNN's excuse was not to mention the tea parties until this past weekend trying to pin it on a FOX news movement only.
Yep, people just follow FOX blindly, they can't think for themselves is essentially what they are saying.
If Obama sends out ACORN now, he's a fool. A dangerous fool.
Tomorrow might be a huge turning point in US history.
Terry Tory - the way I see it, this is part of a deliberate strategy of the Obama administration to disable dissent, questions, analysis by the American people.
You saw this same tactic of diversion of legitimate questions and their transformation into illegitimate personal bias during the Obama election campaign. Questions about his lack of administrative experience, questions about his ideology and commitment to various policies and programs were all deflected and the very ACT of questioning transformed into racial bias.
As Obama informed us, his white grandmother, bless her dear old non-modernist racist heart, was afraid of big black men. And our 'fears' and concerns about Obama were, well, they were rather similar, weren't they?
The 'stimulus package'? Written by Pelosi and Reid, and its pork - blamed on Bush. Indeed, Obama has been using 'Blame Bush' for several months now; he's a hapless victim too, you know. But the viability of that excuse is wearing off. And Obama has not answered the complaints of 'pork'.
As a narcissist, Obama must control how other people interact with him. He does that by this triad of misinformation, manipulation of emotions of fear and hope, and accusations of your being biased. That's his triad.
BUT, if he can't control you, then, this personality type will utterly and totally ignore you. You simply don't exist. CNN, as a supporter of Obama (but not Lou Dobbs..he's puzzled and upset)..and MSNBC as slavish adorers..will ignore any anti-Obama acts as much as they can.
However, this DHS document is extremely dangerous. It is the same tactic as was used in the Obama election campaign - the third tactic, of accusing anyone who questions and dissents, of bias. It effectively tells you that your concerns are not based on facts, on reasoned analysis; no, any concerns are due to your own personal bigotry. Period.
We are going to see more and more of this. The Obama tactic is to divide the people into fighting each other. Not him. So, you'll have racial divisions; and class divisions.
Notice also how this DHS document is focusing on a new electoral population - the immigrants. And, not mentioned, the illegal immigrants. These are a potential new electoral base for Obama.
The Tea Parties are going to be defined by the CNN and other MSM-Obama press as 'right wing extremists', and I'll bet that their guys will be in there, to provoke violence. That will be used to try to shut down the First Amendment. Watch it.

"The Purpose of NATO Is to Prepare for War
The new enemy of the West is ideological Islam. If NATO wants to be a useful instrument in defending the West against this enemy it needs to accept a new member state – Israel – and stop groveling to Turkey.
Last week, Bernard Kouchner, the powerful Minister of Foreign Affairs of France, announced that he is no longer in favor of admitting Turkey to the European Union. Mr. Kouchner changed his mind, he said, at the recent NATO summit in Strasbourg on April 4th. There, Ankara threatened to veto the appointment of Anders Fogh Rasmussen, the Danish Prime Minister, as NATO’s new Secretary-General. The Turks objected to Mr. Rasmussen because in 2005 he defended the freedom of expression of Danish cartoonists who had depicted the Muslim prophet Muhammad.
Turkey is governed by the AKP, a very popular Islamic party in Central and Eastern Anatolia. The AKP’s voters feel more strongly about the Islamic law which prohibits depicting the Muslim prophet than about basic Western values such as freedom of expression. These voters already feel “hurt” by the simple depiction of their prophet, which in Islam is blasphemy. The Turkish threats in Strasbourg jolted Mr. Kouchner into realizing what the future has in store for the European Union if Turkey becomes a member. “I was very shocked by the pressure that was brought on us,” Mr. Kouchner said. “Turkey’s evolution in, let’s say, a more religious direction, towards a less robust secularism, worries me.”"

Arctic ice (Martin Hartley)
Use of the yellow Sprite radar has now been abandoned
Half-way through their expedition to survey the Arctic sea-ice, British explorers have been jinxed by yet more technical problems and are resorting to old-fashioned techniques to carry out research.
On Day 44 of the trek, both a radar device meant to measure the ice thickness and a satellite communications unit to relay the data are still not working - despite being brought back to the UK for repairs and then delivered to the team last week.
As a result, the explorers are now drilling more sampling holes than planned, which means they are progressing more slowly than hoped.
It now looks much less likely that the team will reach its destination of the North Pole."

Woman sentenced to four years for abandoning mother

MONCTON, N.B. - A New Brunswick woman who left her ailing 78-year-old mother in a chair for months in their Moncton apartment was sentenced Tuesday to four years in prison.
Margaret Grant, 48, of Moncton had earlier pleaded guilty to endangering the life of Kathleen Grant by failing to care for the elderly woman, who later died.
She was originally charged with criminal negligence causing death and homicide by criminal negligence, but those charges were withdrawn when she pleaded guilty to the new charge.
The elderly Grant was taken to hospital by paramedics in January of 2007.
The chair she was in was covered in human waste, and the floor around it was littered with garbage, dirty bandages and used diapers.
Kathleen Grant died four days later in hospital of heart failure.
Court was told the dead woman's legs were permanently bent from sitting in the chair for months without leaving it, and her buttocks were covered in two large, round sores.
Her legs were covered in black, rotting flesh and there were sores on the rest of her body.
When she was brought to hospital, doctors examined her and determined there was nothing that could be done because her body was shutting down.
Court was told that doctors treated her the best they could and gave her morphine for the pain.
The daughter's lawyer told court she is of extremely low intellect, with only a Grade 6 education, and has spent her life on social assistance.
The lawyer said she did not have the know-how to take care of her mother or the intelligence to realize she was fatally ill.
This is so scary I don't know what to say.

The city's street sweepers will likely be back on the road tomorrow as the recent snowfall melts away.
Roland Aitchison, supervisor of operations for the transportation department, said crews who normally operate the street sweepers were instead putting down an ice-melting product on city streets overnight.
"We can't do anything until we deal with the issue that happened last night with the snow," Aitchson said today.
But they're ready to go back into spring mode shortly, he said.
Aitchson said less than 10% of the city's streets had been cleaned.
Elsewhere, crews were supposed to start cleaning boulevards today, but that's been put on hold because of the snow.
Mike Jenkins, the city's biological sciences technician, said he hopes the city can begin its annual mosquito control program later this week.

Speaking of bugs, oru unelected Con party bagman looks like he was busy with your money. After all, while handing out billions through Public Works, one has to look the part. Thanks Cons.
Librano or Tory, it's always the same old story....
(Ottawa) For two years he was Public Works Minister Michael Fortier has spent more than $ 140 000 in costs of renovation and decoration for his office in the Department. This is nearly three times more than what was spent annually by the Liberals between 2003 and 2005 and any other evidence, according to a member of the NDP, the Tories spend without counting.
"It's typical of conservatives. They came to power in preaching accountability, transparency, austerity and promising to represent the taxpayers' money. But when they put their hands on taxpayer money, they spent as alcoholics who win the lottery, "says NDP MP Charlie Angus.
According to a document obtained by The Press under the Access to Information, Mr. Fortier spent 70 $ 452.95 for fiscal year 2006-2007 and $ 68 851.29 in 2007-2008 to "the renovation and redecoration of its offices in Gatineau, where the Ministry of Public Works.
En comparaison, le ministre libéral Stephen Owen avait dépensé 32 162,22$ en 2003-2004 et son successeur, Scott Brison, 23 461,24 $ en 2004-2005. In comparison, the Liberal cabinet minister Stephen Owen had spent $ 32 162.22 in 2003-2004 and its successor, Scott Brison, 23 $ 461.24 in 2004-2005.
Au ministère des Travaux publics, on explique que les bureaux du ministre à Gatineau n'avaient pas été «mis à jour» depuis 12 ans et que des rénovations s'avéraient «nécessaires». At the Department of Public Works, explains that the Minister's office in Gatineau had not been "updated" since 12 years and that renovations were "necessary". Mais les sommes dépensées par Michael Fortier incluent 20 000$ en décoration, notamment pour la «location d'oeuvres d'art» et plusieurs dizaines de milliers de dollars en achat de mobilier neuf. But the amount spent by Michael Fortier 20 include $ 000 in decorations, including the rental of works of art "and tens of thousands of dollars in purchasing new furniture. Over $ 50 000 in two years have also been earmarked for technological equipment including computers, mobile phones, printers and copiers, and updating the system of videoconferencing equipment.
NDP MP "suspected" increased spending under the Tories and has therefore asked the question in writing to the House of Commons, "to be sure to have an answer." But the money it has never been disclosed, the process was halted by the election in September 2008.
The document obtained by The Press should also be tabled in the House on 15 September 2008, during an election campaign.
These expenses are in addition to others, on the part of ministers, which made headlines since coming to power, including the rental of aircraft from the former Labor Minister Jean-Pierre Blackburn (150 $ 000 in one year) and travel by limousine from the former Heritage Minister Bev Oda (one race to $ 1300 from his home to a Conservative Party).
"There is a custom which is taking shape," says Angus. Ils ont des règles différentes pour eux-mêmes. They have different rules for themselves. They believe to be exempted from the rules they impose on others. "
The sums are spent considerable judge the NDP. "People must understand that these are offices that are kept in impeccable conditions.M. Angus. Ministers' offices are always the best furniture, the most beautiful works of art, "says Angus. I went to many offices of ministers under the Liberal governments and it is beautiful offices. Peut-être qu'ils ne sont pas assez bien pour les conservateurs, mais je suis certain qu'ils seraient assez bien pour n'importe quel autre Canadien.» Maybe they are not good enough for the Conservatives, but I'm sure they would be well enough to any other Canadian. "
«Qu'un ministre qui arrive refasse le design pour s'y sentir plus à l'aise, ça démontre que les conservateurs pensent que l'argent des contribuables sert à satisfaire leurs intérêts personnels et non celui du public», ajoute-t-il. "That a minister who happens to duplicate the design feel more comfortable, it shows that the Conservatives believe that taxpayers' money is used to satisfy their personal interests rather than the public," says it.
At the Department of Public Works, despite several requests from the press, it was impossible to get the expenditure month by month for fiscal year 2005-2006, during which the Conservatives of Stephen Harper succeeded the Liberals of Paul Martin to power, following general elections.
Former Minister Fortier has not recalled La Presse.

I'm continuing to comment on what I view as an extremely dangerous document, the document put out, one week early - in time for the Tea Parties - by the DHS (Department of Homeland Security) titled 'Rightwing Extremism'.
The blog Legal Insurrection has a nice post on this document, and he points out, as did I, the political aspect of the document's definition of a 'rightwing extremist'. Go to LegalInsurrection dot blogspot dot com. I provided the DHS definition above, and here's what Legal Insurrection says:
"This definition is so broad as to include anyone who seeks to preserve the foundation of our federal-state constitutional distinction, under the 10th Amendment". And,
"Similarly, the reference to "abortion or immigration" is purely political. Why pick those two subjects? If someone is planning violence, that is one thing. But vocalizing one's view on a subject and seeking to influence the government are protected by the 1st Amendment".
What's this Obama document doing? It is viewing the Constitution as a 'subversive manifesto', allowing 'unacceptable' speech and behaviour.
The document further says that "it may include groups dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration".
Now wait a minute. This DHS document is defining anyone who is in a group, against abortion, as an extremist? As someone who is a danger to society? So, now all committed Catholics are a danger to society? And anyone who is opposed to illegal immigration is the same?
What's going to be done about this document?
People should burn it on the steps of their state legislatures.

By the way, N. Korea has rejected the Six Nation talks about its 'disarmament'; sneered at the UN rebuke from the Security Council - oh, and expelled all the UN nuclear inspectors. And declared it will re-activate all its nuclear facilities.
Obama? Silent.
But remember, Obama did, finally, after insisting, twice, that 'no lethal force' be used, did finally take credit for the Navy's and Sniper's freeing of Capt. Phillips.
But then the pirates took four more ships and more than 60 crew hostage.
Obama? Silent.
But his Department of Homeland Security just put out, a week early and in time for the Tea Party dissents against Obama's Pork Stimulus and Trillion Dollar Deficits - a document declaring dissent and opposition, examples of 'right wing extremism'.

Federal taxes must go up to pay Canadas increasing debt, Liberal leader Michael Ignatieff said today....
"U.S. to Deny Rights of the Right
The United States government is preparing to deny the rights of the Right. The Department of Homeland Security, a federal agency, under Janet Napolitano (appointed by “acting” alien president Barry Soetoro, a.k.a. “Barack Hussein Obama”), has issued warnings to police against those it considers inimical or threatening to the domestic “security” of the United States. In other words, anyone disagreeing with the racidal Left-wing Communist agenda of the current administration in Washington (including Congress). From the Washington Times, April 14, 2009, “Federal agency warns of radicals on right”:
The Department of Homeland Security is warning law enforcement officials about a rise in “rightwing extremist activity,” saying the economic recession, the election of America’s first black president and the return of a few disgruntled war veterans could swell the ranks of white-power militias.
And it notes further specifics, which will include all American patriots, and “conservatives,” such as anti-abortion people, people who believe in the Second Amendment, etc. This is alarming. This is the death knell of the country. (Alas, it’s been ringing for some time. People are numb to it. I’m afraid tea parties are a mime of patriotism, a mere wistful gesture.)
A footnote attached to the report by the Homeland Security Office of Intelligence and Analysis defines “rightwing extremism in the United States” as including not just racist or hate groups, but also groups that reject federal authority in favor of state or local authority. “It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single-issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration,” the warning says.
White House spokesman Nick Shapiro virtually declared conservative groups to be “terrorists.” That’s right. Shapiro said, “The President is focused not on politics but rather taking the steps necessary to protect all Americans from the threat of violence and terrorism regardless of its origins.”
So there you have it. Conservatives, Republicans, Constitutionalists, patriots, are all domestic terrorists in the eyes of the present Communist regime in DC. Never was the traitorous, coercive and violent nature of the Left more blantant, obvious, and threatening to the people of America. This is unbelievable. This is just like the days of Hitler’s rising. I quote from Ralph Manheim’s introduction to his translation of Mein Kampf (p.XV):
For years Mein Kampf stood as proof of the blindness and complacency of the world. For in its pages Hitler announced–long before he came to power–a program of blood and terror in a self-revelation of such overwhelming frankness that few among its readers had the courage to believe it. Once again it was demonstrated that there was no more effective method of concealment than the broadest publicity.
The manipulators and spinsters will say this latest Barry order from DC is only about the extremist groups, like the skinheads, the militia, etc. Of course, they ignore their own Leftist brownshirts, pinkos, and environmentalist wackos. The violent record of these groups is to be praised. “We didn’t do enough!” Bill Ayers says. Their anti-Americanism is wonderful, and to be encouraged by all. But, if you have any notion whatsoever about the Constitution of the United States of America, you are now a terrorist. The usurped government in DC, the Barry Soetero mob, has declared patriotism terrorism. That’s where we are.
Real rights are out. There are no rights. There are only government supported efforts to destroy rights. You have the right to destroy the rights of Christians, conservatives, patriots, Republicans, right-wingers, and constitutionalists. That is the only right left. Destroy the right.
Funny, how that word “right” is the word attached to the patriots. Right is the opposite of “wrong.” But, in political talk, right is opposed to left. So, the metaphor speaks for itself. Left is a euphemism for wrong. Incorrrect. I mean morally wrong."
