Do tell...
I'm not to confident that Hall likes much of what Hudak says either.
He's not at Fire.Them.All, but he's no friend of the more absurd excesses of the OHRC.
well if it will upset Babs, then Cat Meat Boy should be displeased.
Go Randy Go !
Take a close look at the photos of faces on the website banner of the OHRC.
And we JOKE about justice being for everyone BUT white, christian, conservative, etc. It's REAL folks, WE are the oppressed minority.
Doug, I agree. And you know, they'd have been smarter to pick a different bunch to oppress.
O.k..i will bite, what is 'going on'?
I hope this means that Randy Hillier will be the next Premier of Ontario! Ontario people need someone to vote FOR; this is the right kind of person to pull Ontario out of the hole and to help all Canadians get rid of the HRC's all across this nation (Cutting out HRC's would be an excellent way to save us from the thugs AND save mega $$ for decent people's prosperity.
Not good enough. The province just added 8% to my invoices in the budget and there remain greater threats to freedom of expression. I have to move my business to Quebec now to escape the taxes and so will thousands of Ontarian service providers. Think about that for a second. Maybe when I'm there I'll buy a $60,000 home, find a nice french girl instead of uptight anglo broads, and get a piece of that $8 billion we send them every year.
I see a consistent pattern here from both the feds and provinces; do something gross, then quickly give the conservative base, all 12 of us, a gainesburger, and hope we won't complain.
Abolishing section 13 won't mean much to me when Tamil terrorists are gangraping my family and when Indians take over my land. Oh well, we do have gay marriage, and that obviously makes up for it.
So...where did you have lunch, Kate?
Let us all in on this ,eh?
Jemma, the time to pull Ontario out of the hole was two years ago, when we had already lost a quarter of a million manufacturing jobs. We're now over a half million gone and sinking fast. At this point, I wouldn't call it a hole, I'd call it an abyss!
Randy H is in opposition, and thus isn't going to matter very much until the majority of Ontarians see the light and dump the Libs.
Given the thickness of an average Ontarian's skull, that might be as much as two or three elections away. Longer, if the voters of Trawna remain convinced that they are protected, not threatened, by the HRC.
HRC THEME SONG
http://www.lyricsmode.com/lyrics/d/dubliners/whiskey_in_the_jar.html
Whiskey In The Jar
As I was a goin' over the far famed Kerry mountains
I met with captain Farrell and his money he was counting
I first produced my pistol and I then produced my rapier
Saying "Stand and deliver" for he were a bold deceiver
Chorus:
Mush-a ring dum-a do dum-a da
Whack for my daddy-o. Whack for my daddy-o
There's whiskey in the jar
I counted out his money and it made a pretty penny
I put it in me pocket and I took it home to Jenny
She sighed and she swore that she never would deceive me
But the devil take the women for they never can be easy
(Chorus)
I went up to my chamber, all for to take a slumber
I dreamt of gold and jewels and for sure 't was no wonder
But Jenny drew me charges and she filled them up with water
Then sent for captain Farrell to be ready for the slaughter
(Chorus)
't was early in the morning, just before I rose to travel
Up comes a band of footmen and likewise captain Farrell
I first produced me pistol for she stole away me rapier
I couldn't shoot the water, so a prisoner I was taken
(Chorus)
Now there's some take delight in the carriages a rolling
and others take delight in the hurling and the bowling
but I take delight in the juice of the barley
and courting pretty fair maids in the morning bright and early
(Chorus)
If anyone can aid me 't is my brother in the army
If I can find his station in Cork or in Killarney
And if he'll go with me, we'll go rovin' through Killkenny
And I'm sure he'll treat me better than my own a-sporting Jenny
(Chorus)
Cheers
Hans-Christian Georg Rupprecht, Commander in Chief
1st Saint Nicolaas Army
Army Group "True North"
From the OHRC:
"There are fifteen grounds of discrimination under the Code: race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed (religion), sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, disability, age (18 and over, 16 and over in occupancy of accommodation), marital status (including same sex partners), family status, receipt of public assistance (in accommodation only) and record of offences (in employment only)."

Does anyone here have the answer to this question: Does the last item on that list really mean an Ontario employer can't refuse to hire on the grounds of past criminal record?
felis asks: "Does the last item on that list really mean an Ontario employer can't refuse to hire on the grounds of past criminal record?"
No. You can still refuse to hire a criminal. But then you have to pay Barbara Hall's meanie tax.
Doug: "Take a close look at the photos of faces on the website banner of the OHRC."
It's 4:53. About five minutes ago, I clicked on the OHRC link above and there were a lot more photos of visible minorities than there are now.
At 4:53, when I went back to the OHRC, having read your comment, with which I couldn't agree more, lo and behold, there are fewer photos and there's a white guy in the lineup of only four photos: old white guy, young Asian guy, black woman in a hard hat, and an East Indian woman.
Do you think the OHRC is reading Kate's blog and has decided to look a little more even-handed?
Just wondering ...
I really liked what Randy Hillier had to say the day Mark Steyn spoke at the HRC review at Queen's Park.
I noticed the photo's earlier and I agree, they changed them.
NOW its a OHRC!!
The issue of property rights is crucial. In fact, William J Bernstein in his book, "The Birth of Plenty" points out how fundamental property rights are to the enjoyment of other individual rights. It was a core component of John Locke's "Two Treatieses on Government" and of the Magna Carta. The socialists/lefties have tried to deny property rights precisely because it affords government and the state so much practical control over individuals while at the same time allowing them to put on the smoke and mirrors show about other so-called "rights".
Well, this does catch my interest. Whatever gets Kate all excited like this has got to be interesting.
Re. the pictures on the OHRC site, I believe they change every few moments. Yep. Wait several seconds and refresh, and there it is again. Maybe their evil website overlord is antsy and drinks way too much coffee and keeps changing his mind as to which mix of diverse folks is best... Well, it's possible, I think, as, after all, those wacky old Liberal Fascists DO have a mental disorder...
Will check this post again at 11 to see if there's a film... sounds like there might be some material in the offing for a good post of my own...
THe OHRC website pictures are kind of like playing racial roulette. I'm putting it all on a transgendered Asian .. and letting it ride...
I would guess, Randy Hillier, MPP will introduce legislation to remove funding for the OHRC, Section 13 branch. Fire.Them.All. Indeed. Go Randy.
if mr. hillier is going to announce a strategy that will diminish the scope and influence of the ohrc substantially (declaw, defang and neuter) - it cannot come a moment too soon.
even if he just says that "enough of this nonsense is enough" it will be better than saying or doing nothing at all.
i know very little about him - but if he is going to speak directly against and about the grave problems this organisation presents - i like him already.
In related news, Richard Warman has won a small victory in his "battle" with Mark and Connie Fournier. The ruling does not bode well for comments on blogs.

does this have anything to do with two spirits?
ScottinRMH: not good odds - you'll do better if you can get that transgendered asian into a wheelchair and married off to a muslim aboriginal.
I think that there are several interesting aspects yet to unfold in the Ontario PC leadership race.
While Randy Hillier is a decent guy with strong convictions and a good level of rural grass roots support I'm not sure of his ability to get the party as a whole pointed in a winning direction.
I think this comming week will definitely add some excellent and electable (as in GOVERNMENT) candidates to the race. It's going to be fun!

Dollars to donuts her garter bursts like her dreams of Utopia. She was so looking forward to a wave of persecution. A Dhimmi's Dhimmi.
Randy Hillier seems to be a decent sort.
