When I met my wife she was a church worker in Moose Jaw...so, yes, I do know there are many fine conservatives in Canada. And the more blogs like SDA expose Canadians to true conservative thought the more Canadians will discover that they have been systematically lied to by the press.

In fact, Canada, as I've had real American conservatives agree, is just like America, if one can see beyond the differences. We're pretty much the same, demographically, with some differences, but the mainstream is largely moderately conservative in both countries, with a robust, large-enough-to-make-a-difference, rock-ribbed right-wing and a swing-voting, confused, moderate-to-right-but-sometimes-Leftist-by-mistake "centrist" wing comprising the mainstream. Then there's the Hard Left, which has overtaken the once-long-long-ago-moderate-mainstream Liberal Party and repulsed the mainstream away to the Conservatives.
