But they're snow covered!

And you have a problem with that Ghost? Nothing a little maple syrup wouldn't fix!!! Darn. There comes my male chavunist outlook again. You got it,flaunt it.

Touche. Oops. Better not.

That may be so but here in Canada it is a wee bit nippley for flaunting your Great Tits out in the open.

Juvenile I know but ya gotta admit the Brits always manage to lob a softball over the plate, and with a straight face.

Mysteriously the woodcock population rises in accordance with great tit numbers everywhere.

I am so relieved that tits are not threatened....
Now where are my binoculars?

Little nipply out,is it??

richfischer - that's the comment of the year

Pictures! Your claims are meaningless without pictures!

I'll be happy when the AGW monster is "tits up".

oh my gawd.

Wellllll, maybe I was wrong.

I just showed that headline to one of our assistants who does indeed have great tits. And I'm not talking about birds.

Well, I usually get a case of nipple-itis in the cold weather. I've heard no complaints, tho.

When I clicked on the link to this I thought "great, one more reason to hope for global warming." But like most headlines you read it is too good to be true. Seems the tits they talk about are not the ones I was thinkin about. So once again I have bin duped by a headline that promises more than it can deliver. It made me think of how often we go to a link because of the title and find it is not what it appears to be. And how often the media uses sensationalism to make a point (Harper will destroy Canada, Bush is evil, the continuing Iraq war, the Taliban winning against out troops…etc) and how many people will believe the headline without actually looking deeper. We need to keep our guard up against the BS the loony left will try to feed us lest we become assimilated into the ranks of the bobbleheads. And we need to teach our children not to be gullible to the extreme left’s warped and perverted view of the world.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all of you. And let’s hope next year will bring us a Harper majority.

But are the boobies okay?

Nyuck nyuck nyuck! Thanks for keeping us a breast of the situation, Kate! ~:D

Well golly, I guess I'm a bare breated wood pecker and don't undertand dees tings.

Just stop this tittering. Enuff is enuff.

courage is interesting, you either have it or you don't.

Have at it ...

Someone needs to teach the British proper English, eh!

In a related story, British tourism is expected to increase 50% this summer.

I've always been in awe of great tits.

It's always nice when there is a little nip in the air....

soccermom....would that be high beams, or low?

Isn't that a British tradition at this time of year, Titties and Spotted Dick?
Ah the Brits have all the fun.

Were are these great tits?

Great tits , by their nature , can grope ...... I mean ..... cope with anything .

As the Irish would say.

" Erin go Braless"

Liz Hurley, now those are great British tits, bring her on to validate your points please BBC. Always remember when Leno flashed a picture of her as he was interviewing that dufus Hugh Grant, then he flashed a picture of the ho Grant was caught with and Leno said,"what were you thinking".

" Erin go Braless"

...... an end to the Quebec Separatits ?

Have you heard the one about this guy who walks into a bar with a bird on his shoulder, sits down on a empty stool, looks the very buxom barmaid in the eye, and says: Great tits do well with warming. ...

Always thought GW was as useles as two tits on a board.

They do better with a little cooling.

Speaking of tits, we've been getting tons of bushtits at our suet feeder lately. Must be the snow here on the west coast.

warming them works, so does a little chocolate :)

"warming them works"

I use my mouth...

How fares the often-overlooked lesser tit, or, indeed, the all-too-frequently-ignored ruby-titted humdinger, in the face of warming?

I prefer to focus on the positive...:)

Good to keep abreast of avian news. :-)

A titillating story.

More C02 please.

the "north american wood warbler" has not adapted so well? has anybody notified my ex-girlfriend about this?

No, let's not go there ... can't resist .. must .. must ..avoid ...typos

>I love the smell of snow-covered tits being warmed in the morning ...

Oh. rats!

You said:And let’s hope next year will bring us a Harper majority

I have the good fortune to be able to take a week's vacation in the warm & sunny each winter.

I brought it forward this year in case I need to work on another winter campaign.

Spotted Dick is not something tio be desired, either biologically or cullinary.

I've been a birdwatcher all my life, and didn't know it.

heh, it's been a while since you updated your pic Kate!!!

Ah, an old headline, but a good one. I posted that the day it came out.
