The Party Of Robert Byrd

On the 40th anniversary

…of the assassination of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., it has been disclosed that 33 members of the Congressional Black Caucus, Democrats all, sent a letter last month to Senate Democratic Harry Reid of Nevada warning him that he had better not give any money to the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma, the Hill reported.
Or else.

  1. The Cherokee actually were slave owners. Those slaves were Africans. Some people can hold a grudge for a very long time, or, perhaps, some people are running out of real-time grievances to whine about and so have to search through the past to come up with the grievance extenders that will keep them in business.
We’ll leave the issue of pre-Columbian slavery in North America for another day.

  2. “Egypt’s Grand Imam Mohammed Sayyed Tantawi threatened “severe” consequences”.
“failure to provide full citizenship rights to the Cherokee Freedmen will have severe consequences.””.
Charles MacDonald provides a link to M. Totten’s, “Blasphemers, Unite!”. See also the link to Don Surber’s, “Indian Wars”.
Both the Muslim fascists and the black fascists use/threaten with the words “severe consequences”.
Fascist/socialist minds think alike, at all times, everywhere.
