    What factual data are you pointing to? You have provided NO factual data, only your interpretation of events. Instead of backing up your statements, you tell me to go do some research. You are a cut and run artist, my dear.
    How about this…prove only one thing. Prove that Trudeau repressed the west. Simpler yet…prove that the NEP was responsible for the contraction of the oil industry in Canada. Links to studies are acceptable; anecdotal information isn’t. Have fun!!

    Socialism is not taught in schools. That’s a crock. I know some teachers and they are from every political stripe. The tories and liberals are proof free enterprise does not work. Give your head a shake. Read 1984….written by a Jewish writer. God forbid. Read Animal farm> I doubt that anyone as ignorant as you bunch can even understand these books.
    Socialism isn’t taught in schools? My 13-year old, who is doubtless brighter than you, complained at dinner on Saturday night that the only political stripe tolerated at her school is the Liberal/NDP line, and that anyone who says anything supporting the Tories is shouted down *BY THE TEACHERS*. Her teacher last year kept repeating the lies that Mike Harris cut school and health spending, even though the Ontario government accounts show that spending in both categories *ROSE* every year when he was in office.
    1984 was written by a Jewish author? You are quite clearly on crack; George Orwell was C of E, although he abandoned his faith for secularism later in life. Read Animal Farm? Yes, did that when I was 10, and gave my 13-year old a copy two years ago. The bookseller asked who it was for, and I told her it was for my 11-year old. She said “Isn’t she a little young for this?”, and I replied “No, it’s time she learned to distrust authority.”
    Both my girls are bright, vibrant children who are realizing they are living in a moral swamp. I’d put their brains to test against you any day of the week.

    Name a law which prevents 90% of the people from starting an ebay business, flea market, small retail store or any other enterprise?

  11. It’s called collateral. Most people don’t have enough to borrow money to start any kind of buisness. 85% of new buisnesses fail. Which category are you in?

  12. Sticking to the point, I would say that all kinds of small businesses can be started on a shoe string budget.
    Perhaps, you unaware that the purpose of Government is not to prevent small enterprises, or do you think people should be prevented before they try?

  13. 90% of people can’t afford to start any kind of buisness. Most of us work for someone else. Most people are too busy paying bills,a house,a car etc. Most people like the security of a pay cheque. Free market system is a pipe dream. Even your Tories have expanded the civil service. People paying taxes support Canada and buisnesses.
