Tell y'all what I notice about this entire sorry state of affairs.

I notice the Day of Action was restricted to the Mohawk Warrior Society and hangers on burning a couple of pallets on #2 Highway and the 401 in Deseronto. Even that they got bored with and the traffic was moving again by 10:30 pm.

I notice nothing whatsoever happened in Caledonia on the Day of Action. Maybe the lads were all up in Deseronto in the hopes of a nice fight?

Finally, I notice a distinct lack of interest in the Day of Action from Indians all across the country. No parades, no speechifying, not even solidarity pallet fires around the country.

Now, some may wish to paint me as a racist for saying so, but taken together I'd say the average Indian out there in Canuckistan doesn't give a flying fiddler's fart about the Mohawk Warriors or their land claims blather. I think its likely they view the Warriors as a bunch of gang banger punks who do muscle for the casinos and smokes syndicate.

It was a day of Action by whoever ordered the 401 be closed in the targeted area and canceled trains to prevent problems. Some people lost a day and had a change of plan for their holiday weekend, but the Indians lost big time if it's sympathy their after.

As for the Indian problems...well I would say Kathy has strayed a bit from the path of reality here...If she had framed her commentary around the fact that 98% of the cultural degeneration of the native people is a product of self destructive , victim cultist reserve culture I will most heartily agree with her musings. The vast majority of native people live off a reserve, pay taxes and are contributing Canadian citizens...it is the self-imposed self destructive apartheid of the reserve culture and system which feeds and cultures First Nations fanatics....recently we see umbrella organizations of Marxist/leninist Bolsheviks agitating the reserve culture fanaticism....we note that terrorist like Shaw Brant are on the pay roll of 5th column cover groups like OCAP.

You put the surreal sociopathy of reserve fanaticism together with the insurrectionist rhetoric of revolutionary Marxists and you have a problem that you will have to shoot down if you don't get a handle on it quickly.

I think some people are finally starting to see the truth vis-a-vis the whole native situation. It is all about the money from the illegal ciggy business. it is no coincidence that the blockade happened at Deseronto. The reserve is home to over 60 "smoke shacks"(if you think I am lying, go for a drive and take a look for yourself). It is hard to to put a figure on it, but it is in the multi, multi millions. The message being sent to all levels of gov't is that this is what will happen if they make a move on the ciggy retailers. Native poverty? This reserve is floating in cash. Only a few isolated individuals? Utter bulls#$%. They have a massive billboard(still there at 1000 today) proclaiming "WE SUPPORT OUR TROOPS". I think it is a fairly safe bet that they are not referring to the boys and girls in Afghani. It has nothing to do with rights, and everything to do with garbage cigarettes.

See, that's not a racist thing to say. It's crude, but not racist. However, your post from the June 29 "Shutting Down Canada's Busiest Highway" thread -- you know, the one that Kate deleted -- was. Can you spot the difference?

No A'dumb, I can't. Because I said the same thing both times. If you can't make a distinction between the Mohawk Extortion Society and Indians generally, that's your problem.
