When they say "cycle of violence", it means Pallie attacking Jew.
When they say "senseless violence", it means Pallie attacking Pallie.
"They are executing them one by one," Amjad said in a telephone interview, declining to give his full name for fear of reprisals. "They are carrying one of them on their shoulders, putting him on a sand dune, turning him around and shooting."Fatah officials said Hamas shot and killed seven of its fighters outside the Preventive Security building. A doctor at Shifa Hospital, said he examined two bodies that had been shot in the head at close range. The officials and the doctor spoke on condition of anonymity for fear of reprisals.
Militants and civilians were looting the compound, hauling out computers, documents, office equipment, furniture and TVs.
The moderate President Mahmoud Abbas of Fatah, for the first time in five days of fierce fighting, ordered his elite presidential guard to strike back. But his forces were crumbling fast under the onslaught by the better-armed and better-disciplined Islamic fighters.
Of course, that's all just semantics - because it's always the fault of the Jews anyhow.
More -Fox News - President Mahmoud Abbas will dissolve the Palestinian Authority's government Thursday after fighting between rival parties Hamas and Fatah consumed the Gaza Strip and was expected to call for a state of emergency...

That's because it's "senseless" to direct deadly force against anyonje other than Jews or Americans. Such force otherwise has "root causes" haven't you heard?
/sarc
G*d, please do SOMEHTING about satan in our midst! I am so weary of his minions.
So: if they're killing _each other_, is it "genocide", or...?
"Won't somebody think of the children? I mean about the Jewish children that nobody is killing right now?" - A. Palestinian

"will dissolve the Palestinian Authority's government"
what government? these guys are the bloods and
the crips of the middle east.

It's time to eliminate Iran's gasoline production facilities.
"Without a trial ? Without due process ?"
They said this would happen if Bush were re-elected...
I just love the blame the Jooos bit...occupation...bad...withdrawal...bad....a democratic Palestinian election that afforded Hamas a measure of legit power...ignored.. (it must have been the Joos who surreptitiously voted for Hamas)....Victims of circumstance with zero responsibility.
What say you Denis Coderre? Hezbollah and Hamas...proxies for Syria and Iran bent on ensuring instability in the region. March on brother...march on!!!
Syncro
and now the news is reporting FATAH is begging Israel for help.
Go figure. Wanna bet the call is "on hold" for as looooooooooooooooooooooong time
Life would be alot simpler for everyone if the eeeevil Jooooos just dropped a great big bomb on those pig fellating cave men and were done with it.
The conservative right would heave a sigh of relief, nothing would change with the moslems because they hate us all anyways, and the idiot leftards would forget about it all the next time Gore started bloviating on the environment because they have the attention span of garden variety carrots. Finally, the Palies would all get their just rewards in the next world.
Everyone wins! Simple!
No question - given that there are only two options, I vote for the senseless violence to continue.
According to an interview with Ziat Asley [I might have misspelled the last name] broadcast on CTV NewsNet, Hamas turned on al-Fatah deliberately; it was a "political" decision. There's now a state of emergency in Palestine, and the unity government has been dissolved. In its place is an "emergency" government without Hamas.
An interview with journalist Hamza Al Attar followed. He said that Hamas decided that they were mad as hell and are ain't gonna take it anymore. He also implied that Hamas is doing so well in the fighting because many of the "sons of Fatah" see the latter as the sons of the soil in the Gaza, and thus find it hard to fight them.
Both of these guys seem to be part of the implicate-Israel faction.
How long will it take before someone suggests that Israel planned this all along - Hamas dominant in Gaza and Fatah dominant in the West Bank - a divided Palestinian people?
The silence from Louise Arbour is deafening.
Where are the claims of war crimes? The threats of prosecution in the International Criminal Court?
Oh right, no Jooooos involved.
just wait for the moonbat/dipper/librano crowd to start demanding that we send Canadian soldiers to do some "peacekeeping"....because you know damn well that a bunch of soldiers, in pretty blue helmuts, would be able to bring peace to these f#$%ing retards in no time flat!
I also wonder if Hamas will be held to the same standards of moral restraint that other democratically elected bodies are held.
Great posts everyone. Nice light humour to make the day take on a bright look.
Crips and Bloods, still laughing.
According to Janice Mackey Frayer, on CTV NewsNet, this attack is largely a gudge match on the part of Hamas. She said that, according to "many analysts," Hamas got violent because the "international community" refused to recognize the election that Hamas had won. This refusal supposedly made it impossible for Hamas to govern.
So, 'tain't Israel that's being blamed...explicitly. There's also requests for an "international force" to be sent in, but so far, no-one has offered to pony up.
I love this headline from Canada.com:
"Hamas vanquishes Fatah in Gaza Strip"
They make it sound like a righteous victory of good over evil. Way to keep it tracking left MSM.

Thanks for that, maz2.
"What looms ahead is a division between a Fatah-ruled West Bank and a Gaza that is already being called Hamastan. Arafat may be remembered today for his many failings, but the cardinal rule of all his exasperating deceits and maneuvers was to avoid precisely this sundering of the Palestinian national movement. Arafat understood that without Palestinian unity there could be no hope of an independent Palestinian state. "
I guess the answer to my question is - only a few hours.
"So, 'tain't Israel that's being blamed...explicitly."
Ha! It's even funnier than that. It's the Western world that is being blamed explicitly with just a soupcon of Jew hate. If we would just stop being such extremists about not openly funding terrorists none of this would have happened.
International forces, rich. I bet nations are all excited to go put on Israel's old shoes and show how easy it is to get Palestinians to live peacefully without violating their personal space rights.
The only use of international forces should be to force open escape routes to Egypt and Syria for the young and sane people to get out.
Escape routes TO Syria? Are you kidding me?
Reading the latest on the Gaza mess in the Daily Telegraph this morning, I was amused to see a Palestinian quoted as saying, "The Jews never did to us what our own people are now doing to us."
Sheesh. Relax people. F*&ing cavemen killing f*&ing cavemen. What is the problem? If the "poor" pleading b*&^hes maybe hadn't raised them, they wouldn't be doing this. Natural selection. Cripes. I've been saying for years. Put a damn fence around them, let nobody out,and in twenty years, whoever is left standing,it's yours. As long as you don't try to take on anybody from the 7th century, like the Islamofacists. If so,back behind the fence. In 2000 years, maybe you and the Islamics will be let out. Until then...pfffttt.

ROTFLMAO....that HAS to be the stupidest question asked since "where's the beef". If it doesn't involve the West or Jooos or Bush, welll???
Stand back, let 'em fight to the death, then go in and shoot any survivors.
Next.
That's just priceless: The Boston Globe's editorial board refers to the Jews' 2005 withdrawal from Gaza as "foolishly unilateral." In other words, if Israel unconditionally gives the Palestinians the land they've been demanding, then...the Jews are to blame for Palestinian behaviour in the now Jew-free territories, because they didn't choose one particular group of armed Palestinians to hand it over to.
Wrt media coverage, eg CBC: Whenever Jews blow up two or three extremists in a car, the incident is inevitably presented as another "here-we-go-again" outrage. The news images -- typically, a breast-beating mob of men who all seem to have personally known and loved the now smouldering militants, and then a crying child -- are presented in a "people-we've-got-to-do-something" tone as being the inevitable result of Jewish behaviour.
But when far larger numbers of Palestinian sectarian thugs are shooting up their neighbourhoods, and far more people are dying, and the whole of Gaza is in dissarray and terror, why, it's no longer an injustice. Notice that? It's tragic, to be sure, and ugly, but the reporters don't even attempt to work up anything remotely resembling moral outrage.
'Cause there's no Jews involved, eh?
You know, that whole "foolishly unilateral withdrawal" thing really takes the fun out of being a chin-stroking progressive journalist...
EBD...there is so much that makes this laughable(notwithstanding the deaths). IF the Jooos had given up the Gaza....IF the Jooos hadn't started the 6 day war....IF the Jooos hadn't been born...need I go on?
Tribal a**holes following a pedophile prophet and we expect them to act civilized???
I'm in the middle of this most excellent 32-page treatise on the whole conflict: w3.frontpagemag.com/media/pdf/BigLies.pdf
Worth saving on your hard disk. I learned a lot from it, especially about the settlements (they designate 5 categories) only one of which is illegal, one legal but morally gray).
In the West Bank, the Arab population soared from 950K to 3M in the period 1967 to 1994 and income per capita under Israeli "occupation" soared exponentially. But get this: GDP per capita in 2003 was only 10% of the level of 1992.
And Peres who was instrumental in the great human tragedy of promoting the father of modern terrorism as the sole representative of the rights of the "Palestinian people", (but who was not himself "Palestinian") is now President and is apparently critical of the "Israeli mentality". Nuts.
Note to EU-UN: You get what you pay for!
Lighter note: "The Jews prayed for Humus but got Hamas".
So: if they're killing _each other_, is it "genocide", or...?"
If they are killing each other ... it's wonderful!!
Apparently Fatah is expected to hold onto the west Bank with Hamas now holding Gaza.
The leftards have been chirping about a "two state solution" for the Palistinians for decades.
Hope they're happy. :P
On Global National last night they even had an expert on who blamed George Bush. If he wasn't so busy in Iraq and Afghanistan he would be paying more attention to Palestine. According to the left, every problem in the world is a result of George Bush and the Jews.
Isn't this all about oil?????
I saw a CBC report on TV - a Pali woman blamed Israel, pronouncing it with the glottal stop that Palis employ with that word - Is-ray-i-al.
Islam: you wanted it, you got it! Enjoy, Palis!
Best bunch of posts I've read here in a while. Still chuckling at EBD and Bart F's comments. Yessir, the plan is unfolding perfectly ... just hope Peres doesn't start looking for the next "Arafat" to "negotiate" with when the shooting dies down.
If this is the result of an Israeli withdrawl, I'm stocking up on popcorn to watch the fireworks display after the Democrats force a withdrawl from Iraq.
Democrats force a withdrawl from Iraq.
14/06/07 prediction. Fred Thompson next President.
Don't worry their are plenty of fireworks to come!
Hard to find any sympathy for the death cult MFs doing each other.
DutchCanuck
you are so right - what if crazy uncle Shimon finds another Arafat-like "peace partner".
Did I hear on the news that Hamas members were ripping up pictures of Arafat and declaring victory for Islam (oh I guess they forgot this has nothing to do with Islam, it's all about the "nationalistic aspirations of the poor poor ancient Palistinians who are just longing to have their own state).
How about 3 states for 3 peoples?
Well, what would one expect from a society who brainwash their children from infancy to hate the Jews, to hate the West, to hate the USA, to hate other Religions, to hate, hate, hate, hate......
They are now reaping what they sew.
Thank God, this time, they have turned all that hate upon themselves.
The long term good news of the sectarian violence in Iraq and Palestine is many of the young men will be killed, and so there won't be many husbands to go around. That means their military strength will get progressively weaker, and if history repeats itself, we'll get a Lysistrata effect.
This is just a small prelude to the war that's gonna go down when Democrats take power and immediately flee from the Middle East...
Yeah right. Where are the chicken wire models that prove this is actually happening?
Have the progressive bloggers noticed yet? As of a couple of hours ago, I could find nothing.
"Have the progressive bloggers noticed yet? As of a couple of hours ago, I could find nothing."
That paragon of "progressive" thought, rabble.ca, is ignoring it.
Down in the lefthand edges of their homepage are links to support the "Palestine Chronicle" and something called the "Palestine Centre for Human Rights".
The latter is actually based in Gaza City but there's nothing - nothing - on the current situaton at all!
Oh, oh...

sensless violence = Pallie attacking Pallie
Maybe if they can work this into a permanent arrangement...keep them occupied, fufills their need for violence and misery and takes their mind of the Jooooos....win win all around... Israel won't have to nuke them....could be the start of peaceful coexistance....or as close as you get with Pallie culture.
Agree with Justthinkin, put a fence around them.
Let the wretched creeps still living in the Stone Age flog each other to extinction spurred by their inbred hatred for life itself.
They aren't even worth contaminating the planet with a nuclear bomb.
They can't be satisfied with land, they want the Jewish people, flesh and blood, extinguished.
No story until the Joooooos make a defensive move.
I can fix their problem in 1 month . give to and train every adult in gaza and the west bank a deringer sized semi auto 22.those idiots with the ak47s wont fell nearly as cocky and the tirany will end.
