I love it that they even stole the plumbing. That's a fitting comment on Arafat's whole life.

Was Arafat's house in Vancouver? Sounds like it.

"The Palestinian people will never forgive the Hamas gangs for looting the home of the Palestinian people's great leader, Yasser Arafat," Abdel Rahman said. "This crime will remain a stain of disgrace on the forehead of Hamas and its despicable gangs."

I can imagine Hamas' leaders when they read this, "oh dear, another stain on us, how can we live with the disgrace"!

Always thought the Nobel committee were just a bit off target when they gave Yasser the Prize, but, I guess they admired the only man in history to wear a pearl handled Webley while speaking at the UN General Assembly.

"Although homosexuality is rife in the Arab world, it is at least officially considered a sin and a crime, and regarded--especially in fundamentalist circles--as a mark of great shame and depravity."

Well that explains Svend's support for these scummers.

"The Palestinian people will never forgive the Hamas gangs for looting the home of the Palestinian people's great leader, Yasser Arafat,"

When have these guys ever forgiven anyone for anything?

Abdel Rahman , and his type amazingly overlook the fact that Arafat gave them a life of living hell for 35 years.

Hizballah is probably directing everything Hamas does anyway. = TG

I'm hearing they found his peace prize medal wrapped inside a black leather thong....

Let me know when the tablecloth from Guido's Ristorante that he wore on his head hits e-bay. I think I'd look rather dignified in that.

What exactly do you expect. Until the the Palastians
begin loving their children more than they hate Jews, absolutely nothing will change

There's a Michael Moore documentary here somewhere.

Yasser Arafat chose to end his life in Fwance- one of the rare countries that do not require the cause of death on a death certificate.
Arafat's wife, refused to permit the release of his medical records, and turned down an offer of 2 million dollars for their publication.

Ummm, why exactly does Maz2 get a "h/t" while the link has been at the top of the Drudge Report all day?
Whatever.
One would think a useless medal would be of little consequence, considering what the immediate future holds for the "citizens" of Gaza...

dead terrorist gets sympathy?.....

Arrafat was just a thug. no more, no less

LOL.

But, come now Brian M. - you do know, don't you, that it was folded in the shape of a lone judenrein state of "Palestine"?

A favourite spoof newsline of mine:

"Yasser Arafat is resting comfortably after dying yesterday in a Paris hospital."

Wonder if the Trudeau brats will be making any bids on any of this dead thug's personal possessions as they start to show up at the well heeled auction houses?

....they seem enamoured of every political thug on the planet (like papa)...I wonder if Arafat's pearl handled colt double action revolver will show up for auction?? I recall PET was so enamoured of Arafat having to carry a piece for the constant threat of assassination that he allowed Arafat to wear it while in Canada ( as well as his persoanl armed goons).

...I recall he went to a hockey game with PET with this piece in a shoulder holster under his coat...at the time CTV was an actual news channel and either they or a Globe photographer caught Arifat in a 'arms-up' cheer at that game where his coat flopped open revealing the pistol he packed with him all the time......Trudeau was in that camera still frame right beside Arifat with that pimp gun clearly sticking out of a sholder holster under his arm...it made headlines then....at the time, Trudeau was looking to ban a wide variety of long guns and handguns from Canadians but his pal Arifat waltzes around Ottawa with a concealed gun and armed goons with total immunity from Canadian gun laws.

Maybe the Trudeau brats will snag that gun when it shows up at auction as a "memento" of Papa's tolerance for terrorist thugs with guns and his hatred of honest Canadian taxpayers owning them.

"Ummm, why exactly does Maz2 get a "h/t" while the link has been at the top of the Drudge Report all day?"

Because I didn't see it at Drudge. I saw it here in the comments.

In the future, please use my bandwidth more responsibly.

When ransacking was going on in Iraq, in Saddam's palaces and other places, the plumbing was also stolen. I remember seeing video of men walking around with toilets, sinks etc. What do they do with these items. Anyone have answers to that.
Considering the occupants of said homes no longer needed them, what is/was the purpose.

maryT....A toilet once used by a dictator makes a fine planter in your front yard. The sink? Good for cleaning the crap out of your clothes after that last suicide bomb. The plumbing itself? Excellent, ready made pipe bombs!

JIMMY CARTER,YASSIR ARAFAT,AL GORE and others who dont deserve a NOBLE PEACE PRIZE get them any way. And i,ll bet they also took the kitchen sink as well
