By the way, what happened to the UN in all of this? Nahr el-Bared is a UN refugee camp, and they're supposed to keep the inhabitants disarmed.

What, the same UN whose UNFIL peacekeeping presence in souhtern Lebanon refused to disarm Hezbollah and watched them stockpile the missiles that they lobbed on Israel!!!
A book needs to be written documenting how the UN aligned itself with terrorists, thugs with Swiss bank accounts, and every other piece of garbage that is undermining western democracies.
The UN knows full well who is occupying the Nahr el-Bared refugee camp. What a deviate rotten organization.
Fred Thompson, who is looking like the best GOP candidate every day, has this comment on UN corruption coincidentally today.
"An organization that treats democracies and dictators equally cannot be expected to be a pure force for good. When Fidel Castro and Kim Jong Il have as much say in U.N. matters as the entire populations of Poland and New Zealand, you’re going to have problems."
The UN??! Fulfill it's mandate? You're killin me!
What would be the reaction of the average cdn, (not including leftist, kyolologists, dippers) if our government made the decision to get out of the UN. What would strong do. How does one get out of said org. The US refused, on many occassions to pay its dues. Do all those dictator countries pay theirs. Imagine all those delegates from the dictator countries having to go home and live the dictators dream, instead of the life of luxury in New York City.
The Israelis and Lebanese should not only continue to beat the heads of the Hezbollah murderers until they are destroyed, but should also expel the UN peacekeepers, with force if necessary. All the UN does is obstruct the militaries of the two nations and provides a shield for the terrorist to work behind. The terrorists fold like chip bags when they are forced to fight on the Israeli terms rather than their own.
Why is the UN supplying the terrorists with provisions?
