For those who are space geeks like me: This was the 24th launch for SeaLaunch, a consortium comprised of Boeing, Roskosmos, Zenit, and others. SeaLaunch has only had two complete failures and one partial failure (where the rocket made the wrong orbit); they are responsible for launching the XM radio satellites, among others.
