A NEW York jury today ruled that the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey was negligent and can be sued for damages from the 1993 truck bombing at the World Trade Centre, setting the stage for a potential raft of lawsuits.
Islamist militants exploded the truck bomb in an underground parking garage of the twin towers on February 26, 1993, killing six people and wounding more than 1000.
The jury ruling in the state-court case means relatives of the six people who were killed and the hundreds of other victims and businesses affected by the blast may proceed with damage suites against the Port Authority for damages.

The plaintiffs should be suing the “Blind Sheik” (whatever his name was), Bin Laden, Al Qaeda, the Taliban, Saudi Arabia, etc., not the Port Authority.
How the feck was the PA negligent? I don’t see how. The PA didn’t see a terrorist act coming. No one, back then, did and still didn’t afterwards, ’till after 9/11/2001. Perhaps the jury doesn’t understand what’s what, yet the judge let their decision stand, him/herself either not understanding/not caring/perhaps being another damn leftist wishing to cause trouble?
This is a stupid thing- to sue the PA. Michael Moore and the left must be cackling gleefully. This sort of crap only encourages the terrorists. It’s very sad and frustrating.

The 1,900 residents of the Kashechewan First Nation reserve, off the western shores of James Bay spent the last two years boiling their water … Why was their water supply built down stream from a sewage lagoon area. What the hell do they do up there anyway? I heard one navtive teenager on TV say that he had no idea where Sudbury was. It’s the nearest large sized city to where he lives and he is on his way there now …
Name one other group of people who would sit in squalor for years with nothing to do, no clean water (in a country that has more clean water than the rest of the world) ….. nowhere to go and obviously not learning anything (where’s Sudbury!!!) While drinking sewer water. WAITING FOR THE WHITE EYES TO COME SAVE THEM?
How long would YOUR FAMILY remain in those conditions. Where are the adults? or do they make those distictions on reserves?
