1,600 vehicles entered Canada in 2004 and didn't bother stopping for Customs. To deal with the problem, the federal government is closing RCMP detachments.

isn't that part of our "open Border" Policy. I never seem to have that much luck crossing back into my own country. "Please remove your boots sir and your belt and lets take a look at your luggage". It must be because I fit that terrorist profile, caucasian, 6' tall, mid 40's carrying a brief case and wearing a convention tag.
