Your basic swine-and-Swiss-on-rye would be suspect enough, but pork tacos in rural Mexico? If it's the same woman I saw profiled on TV some time ago, her husband warned her not to eat there because the taco stand and its proprietors were filthy.

I'm not even going to mention cholera from contaminated ceviche.

[shudder] That is HORRIBLE. I would thank you for bringing it to my attention, but I'm feeling a little sick.
